There's the problem Jake. It's not your hobby , it's your business. When you have customers, it's no longer a hobby. Granted, you are still a small company in comparison, but you are at big name retailers and have a dealer network. You are in big boy territory playing with the big boys, so you need to handle yourself as they do. The big boys don't take the whole company to a show. They support their dealers as needed and in a timely and reasonable manner. They always have someone to take care of business and keep things running, You may have done this, but obviously you left behind the wrong individual(s). There should have been no need to notify the boss on his vacation. The one's left behind should have the capability to handle it. I applaud you defending your name and your company. It should have been handled differently. There should have been a simple apology, a rush to get a new woofer and the situation resolved as quickly as possible. No matter the number of employees, you obviously have some gaps that need addressed. This should help you in the long run, and I hope it does.

I had an appointment with a dealer to check out a Speed3 tonight. It' storming out, so I call to cancel and the lady gets upset with me. I called her the moment I was out of work, and who in their right mind looks at a vehicle in the rain, let alone one that is black. I told her I won't be calling back.

So I called my guy at Ford to schedule a test drive for a Focus ST and of course they don't have any and aren't sure if they can find one close. I look for a used on and they're more than buying new. Makes no damn sense at all. I do some more searching for it's wicked step brother, MazdaSpeed3 and happen to find one a couple towns East, so barring some BS at work Monday, I'm going to go Zoom Zoom.

I am a bit tired of working on vehicles. I have had the Mark torn apart to clean and fix the speedo for months. I have not had time to do anything to it. Coming home from Ft. Wayne today, my battery light comes on. i didn't have my meter and couldn't risk going to work, so I pull the alt out of the Mark, stick it in the Town Car and it works. So, then I head over to my parent's house to grab the alt off the spare engine I have so I can put it back on the Mark, and the damn battery light comes on. I check the alt and battery and both are good. Go for a ride and the light comes and goes. I get back, jack it up to start following wires and I notice the boot is missing off the LCA ball joint. While I'm looking at this, I notice the inner sidewall is showing cord. Next thing I see is a severely degraded sway bar bushing. Of course, I have NO time to do any of this shit.

Bruno Mars? Bruno is one of those rare top 40 stars who has actual, credible talent. Whether or not the music that he makes is good...well...debatable. I only remember he actually had a band. Can't tell you anything else, sure I won't care after the show either but wth the wife wants to go I recall a conversation with you about Bruno not too long ago and you had nothing good to say.

Doesn't matter, there is still absolutely no excuse for this. Even if it was announced, the message they are sending to their dealers is that they don't care about them. Furthermore, it was mishanlded after the fact of actually making contact. Whomever answered the phone should have called Jacob or the person who makes the Nightshades and informed them that they need one assembled ASAP and overnighted. That is the only way to make this right, given the OP's comments are the full truth. So, basically, the ONLY way that Sundown can have good CS is to make sure that nothing ever goes wrong. Furthermore, they have to be at work, at all times, to make sure they can answer the phones, emails, and such, 24/7. They also have to make sure that things are fixed immediately, including warranty claims. To me, it sounds like Brandon was trying, by him telling you that they had to file that claim with FedEx, and the NS guy is out for a week as well. Even had he been there, the claim still has to go through. For you to just basically be like "Well, that's not good enough, so you know what, eff you and your company", it's no wonder he said what he did. There's only so much they can do, they are human after all. No where did I type what you just did. Read what I typed, it's elementary. Plain and simple.

Time to make it manualI have no intentions of making this car my life's work. My wife's grandmother bought the car off the showroom floor in '64, so restoring it for the wife. I could think of dozens of cars I would rather build. They always start out that way. The next thing you know, you've got years and tens of thousands of dollars in them. Those parts you are missing are cheap and easy to replace, so don't sweat it too much.

I've seen several Camaros making this power with the 427 and 2.3 TVS, with zero issues on the driveability side. Now, I LOVE me some turbos, but for simplicity's sake and the budget, the blower is a no brainer. Hell, if you want "lag," buy a big fucking centrifugal. You already know how fun those can be. 376/402's and a TVS don't make 4 digit power, not without LOTS of help. Tons of guys with 292's and Turbo's doing it.As for the budget, on my truck the Turbo is dollar for dollar the same or cheaper per HP. Of course the turbo is always going to make more power boost for boost. It's using otherwise wasted energy to produce power. I just don't see the point in chasing numbers for a street vehicle. You are NEVER going to be able to use the power, so why buy the biggest turbo that will be a dog down low and only make power past 4K where the truck will almost never be?

I'm willing to bet a standalone ECU can do that. It depends on the hardware/software. Most aftermarket tuning solutions allow for multiple programs even on the factory computers. . . At least with the domestics. I know some of the imports are nearly impossible to touch.
