  1. The heatshield won't help with either issue. Cooling the alternator can indeed increase it's lifespan though.
  2. The pink is fitting,
  3. You are correct. It even states "stereo" on the amp which indicates 2 separarte channels. FYI, the original Alphasonik never made a mono amplifier.
  4. It does not.
  5. I believe Matt owes us an avatar. . . . Might have to abuse my powers.
  6. You poor girl, err guy, err, girl?
  7. Nope. Sony is just like Alpine, as is Kenwood, Eclipse, and Pioneer. I have yet to measure a head unit that does differently, Sony makes some of the best HUs in the game and their stuff from the 90s is still years ahead of some of the stuff out today.
  8. Nothing like leather work gloves for seats.
  9. You need to find out what happened to the battery. What exactly did they say was wrong with it? I would call Kinetic, get the warranty work started and get a standard wet cell battery and go from there.
  10. I've never used anything on any of my wheels. The last thing I want to do is put something on there that might make it slippery. Thanks for the tips, guys. I put a lot of work into my wheel, I want it to last. It started showing a bit of wear and I want to treat it properly, can't just leave all the dirt from my hands stay there forever. You've only had that on there for a short while. You should not be seeing any wear yet unless you are abusing the shit out of it. I agree with Neal here.

  12. Crocs is a shoe company, Me knowing shoes is akin to you knowing "popular" actors and "musical artists."
  13. I am even more lost than before. What the fuck do actors have to do with crocodiles and how the fuck does someone start a damn reptile?
  14. Okay, I am fucking lost here. . . . .
  15. Jesus! I would be feeling like a fucking bomb!
  16. The noise it made when snapping must have been incredible. The actual snapping noise would have been minimal. The subsequent noises would be the loud ones especially the carrier bearing. We had a big washer spin a bearing last year and the shriek was unbearable. It broke glass on every window and machine within a 50' radius and sent a couple guys to the hospital with hearing damage.
  17. Blame the puppeteer, not the puppet.
  18. How's the new job?
  19. The 2005 I was going to buy was SO much fun!
  20. Happy Berfday!
  21. Keep in mind that this is where the seats secure as well. Manufacturers don't use more than needed, unless German, so you must use caution when cutting.
  22. Yes, it will hurt the structure. If you absolutely NEED to do this, make a frame the dimensions you need, weld it to the vehicle, then cut the excess away. This is the only way to safely do as you need.
  23. I've never much cared for coffee, but apparently, everything is better Sean's way.
  24. Why not just use stronger springs? They even make them that only release when depressed.
