Pretty common method.If you support that method, don't you (in theory) support the conclusion that fasting provides benefits to a person in training. Running in the morning is just fasted training on a bit smaller scale then IF. If you ate at 6 at night then ran the next morning at 6 before you ate you would be at a 12 hour fast, which is just shy of the IF 16 hour "standard". Actually it would be quite less given all bodily functions slow while sleeping including digestion.

Just replace the VC gasket on it. Maybe $12 and 15 minutes of work. The tube seal is leaking. I know that now. You just don't know how badly I do NOT want to put any time into this thing. I was quite upset I had to put a cap and rotor on it and that was all of 10 minutes and $12. Send it to me, my daughter needs a fixer upper. No, No, No. This thing is far too rusty to bother with. It's going to the crusher.

I wanted to, but you know. . . . Nice. . . . can anyone ask anything on here, without a smartass answer?... I'm just simply tossing up between the Crescendo Audio 3500D and the Lanzar Opti6000D.... I was thinking of the Lanzar, because it's rated at 4000rms @ 2 ohm and 6000rms at 1 ohm... I was going to get dual 1 ohm coils and run it at 2 ohm, then eventually upgrade to another dual 1 ohm Evil, and run the amp at 1 ohm, giving em 3000rms a pop... but if I go Crescendo, I would get dual 2 ohm coils, run it at 1 ohm, then if I decide on another EVIL 15, I could always get another 3500D . I'm just trying to pick at ya'lls thoughts and knowledge on the product. I'm getting back into car audio again. It's been awhile, but I'm not handicapped to it. I was just wondering if 3250rms was on the underrated side, or if I should prolly just stick to that general area of power? I know ya'll probably think I'm some newbie, because I'm new on here... but really, I just always hated forums, because of all the trash talk, every time someone tries to ask a question to learn something. Got the Camry fixed, well, kind of. Had a loose ground on the fuel pump plug. Got that sorted out, and had an ignition issue. Found some wear on the cap and rotor, replaced them, still there, pulled the plug wires and found #1 with a puddle of oil halfway up the spark plug tube. I was wondering where my oil was going. Said fuck it and washed it down with some brake clean, threw some plugs in it, and the damn thing was still running like shit, like one hole was out. Popped the hood and noticed the #1 plug wire popped off. Popped it back on, ran it, all good. Headed to the store and the same shit. Bitch kept building up pressure and popping out, so I'm not close to home and don't feel like limping home on 3 cylinders, so I busted out the drill and put a hole in the tube cover, and problem solved. I love being able to improvise on throw away vehicles. I just hope I can keep that hole lit for another couple weeks.

That's all that matters. I think it could use a little spice via some mirrors and red LEDs or neon.
