  1. Abortion and rape FTL.
  2. Mitt FTW.
  3. Pussy. Baumgartner has you beat. And Jesus has them all beat. Hallelujah, praise the Lord.
  4. light weight Super lightweight. Shit, I get drunk maybe twice a year and actually drink alcohol 4-5 times a year. It's cheap for me.
  5. Good night.
  6. Nice Neal. FYI, apparently all it take is 5 doubles of Disarrono and I am FUCKED.
  7. It is simply the back lighting for the screen. LCD is basically lit by an incandescent bulb, where LED is backlit by LED. LED runs cooler, and brighter then incandescent bulbs. It allows for more sharpness, and brightness. This is beneficial in a bright room, but not so much for a lighting controlled room. The LED TVs are LCDs lit by LEDs.
  8. I have a samsung 50" plasma and it sits directly in the line of sight with my window and sunlight and glare are non issues. Matt where are you seeing plasmas more expensive? They are the cheaper technology and cheaper in the stores. I have yet to see one priced more and they now have "cold" plasmas so you don't have all the heat. Hell even when I worked at Sears, feature for feature, plasma was always cheaper.
  9. That's like saying, "Have an abortion and a percentage of your bill will be donated to anti-abortion protesters."
  10. Welcome to the world of F1. That is old school technology too.
  11. Once you get settled.with your diet you will level out too. I was all over the place last week and it's just now seeming to settle down. I am a bit worried though as I can not afford to lose any weight and I've lost 6lbs. in just one week from eliminating the sugars. I'm actually eating more though.
  12. Just normal bloodwork. It comes and goes for me. I am not always like this. When I met with the dietician, she stated high sugar can feel just like low sugar too and each person will be different. Some may have abnormally high levels, but their body may function there.
  13. I'm using a True2Go meter. It's a store brand from drug stores. Was only $10. I lotion my hands several times daily so I have no issues with drawing blood. I'm just sick of my finger tips being sore. It's like a hangnail on your finger tip. It's more bothersome than anything.
  14. What flange and compressor specs?
  15. Anyone in their right minds knows there is no comparison between the original PPI and post buyout PPI. As for power, you won't need any more than 500 watts; you should be able to easily find a reputable amp for that price new under $150.
  16. x2. Covers my taxes at least. My mortgage is $350.60/month.
  17. Matt did you get a meter yet? If not, try to get one where you don't have to prick your fingers. You will thank yourself if you work with your hands.
  18. The Boston Acoustics amp. 100 shipped in the original box. VERY lightly used ~4 hours. I'd jump on that.
  19. Happy berfday old timer!

You get a confirmation email of your order. They don't send out an email and say, "hey thanks for purchasing a driver; we start machining your motor tomorrow, etc. . . "
  21. Ford v6 or Buick v6? The Ford 3.8 is pretty much a copy of the Buick 3.8. No offense, but not even close. The 3.8 Ford is a terribly unreliable motor. The 3.8 Buick is, by all accounts, one of the most reliable gasoline engines of all time. The Buick 3.8 is very reliable, I will agree with you there having owned several myself. I will disagree with you on the reliability of the Ford 3.8, again having owned several myself, with two of them nearing 300K and never doing anything than routine maintenance. As for them being alike, there was an article in Popular Hot Rodding many moons ago about this and they had drawings showing the architecture of both and a former Ford engineer comfirming they had pretty much copied the Buick. I will attempt to find this when I have some time. Head gaskets: https://www.google.c...lient=firefox-a Bent connecting rods: https://www.google.c...lient=firefox-a I can appreciate that you, and many people you may have known have owned them and been happy with them, but I saw at least a couple hundred head gasket failures and bent connecting rods on these cars/vans. By contrast, I have had to replace 1 stock 3800 Buick motor (and it was so terribly sludged up due to lack of maintenance that the crankshaft had sliced slots in the sludge caked in the pan) and never saw another one done. I bet I haven't seen 5 head gaskets blown on them. Now, they do have their issues, I won't deny that. But with regards to major internals, no issues. I was stunned when I tore the rod out of my first 3.8 Ford. The I beam was tiny, no wonder it pretzeled. I am actually surprised I have not seen more bent then I have, Interesting. As far as similarity, I was not speaking about rotating assemblies. Ford has pretty much always sucked there, aside from a few good forged components on certain performance vehicles. I know the 3.8 SC cars got beefy rods and oil squirters. I am surprised to see the rods bent due to them being powdered metal. I would think they would break before bending.

  23. The guy was an idiot anyways. Those Turbo4.3s are NASTY and don't weigh shit.

  25. He's talking about the twin turbo V6, not the naturally aspirated one.
