  1. MY buddy just got his Sierra done last year and it was around $650.
  2. DO you have a Ford part number? Or just give me the year of your car.
  3. Jon, if you have a part number, shoot it my way. Where does the compressor mount? I have one that came with my truck when I bought it and it only has 10K miles on it. I am not going to use it, so you are more than welcome to have it if it will fit.
  4. It may very well work fine. Knowing what i do about mechanics and simple common sense, I personally would not do it.
  5. Then they obviously know nothing about serpentine belt drives, tension, or loading. Anyone can build parts, but only few can make them work together. There is a reason the manufacturer put a bracket there. Ask DC if they will put this in writing and if they will warranty any issues that arise because of it.
  6. It might, but you run a risk of breaking stuff. You paid money for the right part that doesn't fit. Don't risk anything. Contact DC. Good Luck!
  7. It varies state to state. I once got ticketed for 85 in a 30. That was 6 points and $280.
  8. Both truck forums I get on recommend Line-X over Rhino every time.
  9. Durabak.
  10. Good luck to you, I know many alcoholics.
  11. Amen! I am American, and personally I think this country is a piece of shit. If I had the means to move, I would. The greedy politicians and corporations have ruined any semblance of a good country, let alone the "best." I can't say I believe this was ever "the best" country anyways. Every country has their patriots and that will never change, but there is no best. Never has been; never will be.
  12. If you have something for sale, use the classifieds section. If that fails to work for you, please contact a mod member and we can set something up in the OT area, but not here.
  13. LP was good when it was new. The nostalgia factor is FAR overblown with them though. As for the Blues, someone bought an old company so they have to make money off it.
  14. They are angled. The f-bodies pick up air from under the bumper. They have no grill.
  15. If you're not competing, put it anywhere you want; your ear will never hear a difference. If you're competing, you'll have to do some testing.
  16. I'd just cut through the bumper, weld in some mesh and be done. You could build the dcting if you want, but I'd assume the holes to be more than enough.
  17. What the fuck is wrong with you?!
  18. That's quite a change there. Size and watt wise yes, output very similar with less power. T12 lights are going away or so I was told by the lighting company I buy bulbs from. I would love to do a nice led rack, but price is an issue for doing that. We did a lot of T8 retrofits ay Sears and used T5s for jewelry lighting. Those lamps suck for people with large hands.
  19. That's quite a change there.
  20. I'm surprised that car has a booster. Should have hydroboost.
  21. Yeah, quit posting the pictures. Very dangerous for someone in my position.
  22. Does the pedal move at all?
  23. I tried several of those drinks and they all taste the same; like ass.
  24. As I've said before, my biological reasoning on anything I eat has nothing to do with studying but watching people. Europeans are all thin and healthy compared to us and eat WAY more grains than we do. And they also think for themselves and have thousands of years of experience and wisdom. We Americans are stupid, believe in the "studies" which often contradict each other and are bred to eat shit. I could go on, but it's a lesson in futility like all the studies, the FDA, EPA, and every other one of those idiotic brainwashing fronts.
