  1. Found a T-bird that needs a tranny I just happen to have lying around at home. Gonna see if I can score it for half of what they want for it, and then maybe I can get rid of the Buick.
  2. We get all the lake effect bullshit. The wind blows right over the lake and we are it's dumping ground. It's supposed to be in the 60s again next week. I just need some time to winterize the Buick and get the snow blower out.
  3. Dammit, still here.
  4. I don't miss that. Gavin will sleep for 10-12 hours straight now. Of course he never sleeps in past 8.
  5. There will always be roads. People need direction. With free reign, it becomes chaos.
  6. HOLY SHIT, its fucking 2015!!! Duh! Where have you been?
  7. I'm close enough to Mexico here.
  8. There's aguy on the Corral who took an SN95 Mustang and fabbed in a TT Viper V10. Pretty nasty.
  9. And fuck this shit. . . . . .
  10. NOt as bad as here. Fucking EPA, what a joke.
  11. Snowing again. Sticking too. Dammit.
  12. It stopped snowing, every cloud in the sky vanished and it's blaring sunshine now. Very odd.
  13. Yay, get us even more in debt.
  14. Still fucking snowing here.
  15. We have a thread like this once a year and it's pretty koo! Nice to see the people who actually appreciate the hard work of these two guys letting them know about it. Thanks again Aaron and Mark!
  16. FTW!!! Editing a quote in good taste is a win, editing for your own agenda is not koo. Don't do it again. Thanks!
  17. TGIF!
  18. I think he means the switch on the side for standard or network mode.
  19. Then why in the fuck would you even reply? Assclown. Seriously, asshat. This thread is over a year old. I couldn't have typed it better.
  20. Okay, it's obvious you need some help and most people replying aren't thinking of when they were new to this. Buy the subs if they work. That is a hell of a deal on them. Buy the amp kit as long as there is enough cable for your vehicle. That is also a deal. With the amp, get something cheap and between 1000-1500 watts @ 2 ohms. You are new to this and you WILL fuck up some equipment. Learn on the cheap stuff. You can spend $300 on an amp and break it, or you can spend $500+ and break it and pay for repair costs because chances are you are going to damage it by something not covered under warranty. Take your time, doublecheck everything, and gain as much knowledge as you can. Just remember, when it comes to the internet, there is as much misinformation out there as there is quality information.
  21. Does it not turn off on the menu, or doers it show it as off, but it's not actually turning it off? I would venture to say you have it hooked up to the wrong RCAs if this is the case.
  22. The vibration from the vehicle and distortion of the spinning disc are enough to cause minute scrathes from touching anything, not to mention dust. It could be as simple as dust.
  23. It's probably all software related, but could be mechanical or electrical. Does it only skip forward on the ipod or on CDs? You do realize that a CD sitting in the mechanism gets spun everyday and read even when not in use. This could lead to scratches.
  24. Or choking the chicken.
  25. Haha, awesome. But how awesome will it be in a cople years after the novelty wears off?
