  1. Sean, you ASSSHOLE! Seriously though, this topic has been covered before. Use the damn search function NEWB!
  2. I fail to the see the humor or even a point in this. It really does not matter what way the paper rolls unless you have really cheap 1-ply TP which will break when pulled from bottom.
  3. As bad as both are, in the past two weeks, Dallas has looked better. Damn do I hate Tony Romo too. He an Donovan McNabb are THE poster children for over-rated QBs. The only thing both are good at are inconsistency.
  4. Tuning around 27 will enhance your mid 30s response.
  5. Maybe to you, but that is only an opinion. The "SQ" of a subwoofer is 99% personal preference, and has pretty much nothing to do with the driver. The other 1% will be the application. JQA3, the L7s should EASILY handle 1500 watts. Don't take any offense to this, but I don't think you quite know exactly what you are doing. I think if you get a proper enclosure and apply them properly, you'll be quite surprised how well they will perform.
  6. Does it come with a beard and bloody knuckles?
  7. Had to try out my new lasagna dish.
  8. Simple, the 458, but it has to be red. Who the fuck buys a yellow Ferrari?! Better yet, why do they even paint them any color aside from Red? Well, I can do black, but it's a Ferrari for God's sake. It HAS to be red!
  9. Wagon's are making a come back! I have nothing against wagons, but they just ruined one of sexiest cars in my eyes. Man, if you think those are sexy, I'd hate to see your taste in women.
  10. You're going to need everything: Engine, trans, wiring, computer, all drivetrain, suspension, fuel system, etc. . . Seriously, visit the Corral as it's THE best place for information on Mustangs, and has the best classifieds as well.
  11. He's probably got a nice clean 4 banger that is pretty cherry. I would do the swap before buying a V8 car as he is riding in a chassis that's never been tweaked or on the ragged edge probably. The NA 2.3 barely made enough power to move the car let alone do any damage to it. Too many V8s have been used and abused, and a nice one will easily blow his budget out of the water.
  12. First, go to www.corral.net and search. It's been done thousands of times and you'll find every answer you will need over there. Second, find a wrecked V8 that is complete and simply do a swap. The complete car will save time, money, and hassle. Get everything swapped over and running with all the bugs worked out, then upgrade the engine. YOu should be able to find a rusted out or seriously abused V8 car on the cheap. This was only $200. Third, have fun!
  13. Damn, Aaron beat me to it.
  14. You have to pay a fee if you have an STD?!
  15. I think I'm just going to sell the damn things actually. I can see no time in the near future where I'll have the time to do anything with them.
  16. the driver would present a reactive load and voltage would vary.
  17. I have a pair of MJ18s sitting in my closet for about 6 months now waiting to be assembled.
  18. It's a simple tool made to help the less-informed enthusiast to set their gain a little better than by ear. Of course it really doesn't work as most will turn it up anyways, so use it how you choose. The ONLY way to get the best performance is with a scope and quality recording.
  19. Is it too hard to believe that several large woofers in a large enclosure in an SUV with a lot of power is easily going to be loud?
  20. Do not buy a house with someone whom you are not legaly married to. No matter what. In no way does it make sense unless you can afford to loose everything you put into it. As for a down payment, If you are not married there will be an issue with the down payment. Whom ever is the first name on the house would need to have the whole down payment from their earnings or else they will have to pay taxes on the money from the other person. This may work better if you're both equal holders in the house and have the EXACT same down payment though. Seriously, unless you're married or they are your parents, don't buy a house with someone. Amen. I just threw away $38K the last four years.
  21. Please don't be another one of the idiots who put them in the stock housings which were never designed for them and blind the shit out of me while I'm driving just because they think it makes their car look cool.
  22. YOu should be fine, but if you are worried about it, just check it once a week. If you see it cracking or spreading, then do something about it. I wouldn't touch it the way it stands now though.
