Factory Processors
The DQL-8 from Audio Control is pretty flexible. It's about on par with the the 360.2 without the need for ther palm pilot or any worries about the RF's noise issues. Personally, I think the MS-8 is more than you would ever need and the only reason for purchasing it would be if it was near the same price point as one of the other processors. IIRC, there are several versions of the Clean Sweep too, and all do different things. If you have the Mach or Shaker system in your car, you will indeed need one of these as the factory systems are heavily EQ'd. You could attempt to get signal out of the stock HU though as all the factory processing is done in the amps and in an outboard EQ located elsewhere in the car.

Anyway to fix this...
You don't need to do anything to it. It's not a mechanical issue and the offense is so small it won't affect anything. Leave it as it is and just use it. Why make things harder on yourself?

Everything one needs to know about Eagles fans can be seen in the aftermath of Michael Irvin's (career ending) injury...guy damn near kills himself, has to be taken out on a stretcher, and the crowd cheers? MAybe if he took some HGH instead of cocaine his joints would have faired better.

Seafoam
That's what I use when I use any. I've used it before it was available on the shelf. My old man always used it at his shop, so it just carried over to me. They all pretty much work the same though. Just don't buy the cheap shit from the dollar store.

Stock replacements work well always. NGK is what I use for my performance vehicles. Get OEM wires.

I don't like using any type of "flush" products in the cooling system or crankcase. If it's aggressive enough to break up sludge, just think what it's doing to the small amount of oil on the surface area of your main and cam bearings, not to mention the rings. It is a risk you can take. It may or may not cause harm, but I personally do not like to use it. The fuel system is a different story. Injector cleaning works well with the proper cleaner and the crud stuck on the injector just fall into the combution chamber and is burned up. Aaron, I would do a basic tune-up: plugs, wires, fuel filter, oil and filter, even all the other fluids in the car. I know timemay not permit it, but I would definitely start with the ignition system.

WIth the bandpass, you lose the woofer show unless you insert plexi somewhere, not to mention any trunk space he wanted left.

I get it. Pretty much everything on the shelf will be vent, while the rest is the enclosure. SHould work, but you may have some cancellation issues. Each car will behave differently.

Audison VRX 1.500
Personally, I'd keep it. They're not made anymore and with the economy being the way it is, you'd be hard pressed to get $500 for it.

I saw a M5 a couple days and it reminded me of you lol. What's the next car gonna be? response you will get... Only because I truly don't know yet. I have it narrowed down and am shopping, but haven't seen what I need in my price range yet. Two got sold out from under me this week in Chicago though Nothing is local which makes it significantly harder. http://www.lincolnvscadillac.com/showthread.php?t=53704

Gotta love R12 134A is just as effective, but most don't know how to properly implement it. It's extremely pressure-sensitive and most people are always off on the pressure, they just think it needs more refrigerant. Interesting, from experience I'd disagree but that isn't based on knowing what or how to setup a 134 system. Every car that I have had that has blown painfully cold was R12...which led me to perhaps the false conclusion that it is better. Sure is easier to maintain. R12 is pretty much idiot-proof. IIRC, it's just as safe to use as 134A, but it's oil makes it "harsh" for the environment.

I have a copy of UnderCar Digest from about 10 years ago that has half the issue dedicated to an article on brakes, and about 50% of it dealt with the isssues caused by "warped rotors."
