  1. Easy boys. . . I think she's a little too young for everyone here.
  2. You can inject water vapor to cool the air charge and help prevent detonation, but it will help nothing else.
  3. It's all bullshit. Even the idiots who claim hydrogen generators assist a standard internal combustion (gasoline) engine are full of shit. IT's hype nothing more. Most people think higher octane fuel increases performance as well, but they are wrong, unless of course the computer will compensate by increasing timing, but for most vehicles, it's moot. Electric cars may be less polluting that combustion cars, but you still need to burn coal to provide the energy to charge them and that produces more pollutants. And then you have to manufacture them which creates more pollutants. Then you have to make their batteries which are the most toxic parts. In fact, the building used to produce power cells for a certain Japanese manufacturer is one of the most polluted places on the face of the earth. I doubt the electric car would hurt big oil much as most of them own the coal mines which provide the fuel for the electrical plants.
  4. TOO CUTE!
  5. There can be no winner in this discussion.
  6. Nice notch!!!
  7. I'm just spending more time whacking off.
  8. You can keep the poster, I take the girl ! That Camaro is beautiful !!!! This part is sarcasm correct?
  9. I have some tail lights for you then. What year?
  10. I didn't even crack a smile.
  11. You don't have to strip chrome to paint it. Just prep the surface properly and use the proper materials. If you want the polished anodized look with black, take them to a body shop and have them sprayed with a translucent or "candy" black and then cleared. Make sure they use urethane with a flex additive.
  12. In the f250 I drove long distance in we averaged 21mpg on a trip to Chicago and back. A fair amount of city included. This was stock, no tune and no engine mods. Maybe an exhaust but I don't think so. We calculated with paper and miles on the odo. I drove steady and never gunned it though. Never pulled from a stop fast. Just gentle large truck econ driving. It was one a mix of regular deisel and some home brew bio. There is literally hundreds of HP and TQ hidden under the "green" parts put onto those Ford engines. 'Tis the beauty of Diesel. Need more power? Crank in more fuel. Don't forget about air now.
  13. You guys are about 8 years behind.
  14. Of course I do! The Prancing Horse and the Raging Bull are my dreams, but of course, I can only afford a pony. I have a fondness in my heart for the older Alfas too, but the new(er) C8 is just beautiful.
  15. 55-57 Chevy's are classic beauties! I love the 59 Biscayne about as much also. However, this is by far the sexiest vehicle I have EVER laid eyes on.
  16. It's totally unnecessary. Just construct it out of MDF and you'll be fine. You have these "audiophiles" with golden ears who do all the changes and the human ear rarely if ever picks up on them. They will show up on measuring devices, but aside from that, forget it. Just build it solid with a dense stable material of appropriate thickness and you're done.
  17. Yes, we do and I don't want any BS starting over it. I know how people get, especially with the influx of new guys we have. We all know how easily and quickly this could spin out of control and piss people off. It's over and done with and nothing anyone can do about it.
  18. WITH TURBOZ! 500+ HP in a 3,000 lb. car ain't enough? a Boss 429 Mustang is probably in the 3800 lb range That's pretty heavy. My 68 Galaxy was a hair over 3800lbs with some gas, a big block, and stereo in it. the big ass Boss heads have to add some heft and Mustangs were starting to get a little portly around '70 (when the 429 was introduced, right?) The Boss 429 was produced in 69 and 70. Actually, the heads were probably the lightest part of the engine as they were aluminum. I have yet to see any hemi head in cast-iron. You're about spot on on the weight though. Everything on the Boss was heavy duty, and literally heavier to handle the extra weight, although I think the GT500s of the era could rival them in weight in convertible form. They only built them so they could use the engine for Nascar racing. It just so happened they worked well for drag racing also. The Boss 302 was also made in the same years although it was made for Trans Am homologation purposes. It had the canted valve heads (cleveland) and a unique block and suspension. The Boss 351 ended the name in 1971 and it used the 351 Cleveland which also used the canted valve heads. Not many people know, but Ford also produced the 427 in Hemi form as well. It's most commonly referred to as the "Cammer." It was their first engine to use an OHC orientation. I've always been attracted to a '70 Boss Mach 1, yellow with a black racing stripe I had a step father growing up with a white '65 with a blue racing stripe, no clue what was in her though. There was no Boss Mach 1. There was either the Boss or the Mach 1. If the 65 was factory paint it was a Shelby GT350 which had a 289 HiPo.
  19. Who would that be? DC I'm guessing? Mach 5 Audio is now on CACO. And that's as far as it goes on here because I am 100% sure there are only a few people who know all the details, and I can guarantee nobody in here does.
  20. Yes, but don't use the back cup. You used to be able to get them without the back cup and mounting flange.
  21. Looks like a European interpretation of the early Dodge Vipers. Super light weight, spartan features, and rough running high powered V8's. V12.
  22. BG Neo 3 in a pod that will hold about 3 ounces of water, only stuff it with polyfill instead of water. You better make sure it's on-axis though.

  24. The front end absolutely kills it for me. So damn ugly. It's a butter face.
