  1. Aaron, do you know how long it takes muscle to fuse back together after being cut?
  2. Inductance and BL are halved when wired in parallel and doubled in series. Only difference.
  3. If you guys want to keep being jackasses about stupid shit, you can take it somewhere else. It serves no purpose in this thread. That's the end of it.
  4. That's not right!
  5. Just got home from the hospital. Had an appendectomy last night. In major pain, but not as bad as it was. The restrictions I'm under are the worst. I can't even hold my son. . . Get well soon sir ! Thank you sir! I hope this heals quick. I'm virtually paralyzed. Walking is damn near impossible and staying in any one position for more than 10 minutes is unbearable. Vicodin is a joke as well.
  6. What do you mean by affect the finish? It will remove it. like the spindle on a steering knuckle, it's machined very smooth and possibly even polished, will the sand blasting affect that polished finish? Vinyl, PVC or rubber based tape will work, but I wouldn't worry about it. It won't be removing any material and you'll have the grease in between the bearing race and the spindle, so just blast away.
  7. It will dull the finish. You will not me able to see the smooth machine finish anymore.
  8. I LOL'd so hard it hurt... http://www.fashionista.com/2009/06/would_y...the_spermin.php now that's amazing, time to go find some dumb gullible whore I have one you can use. I routinely moisturize her face for her. Well, I apply, and let her rub it in.
  9. Stickier rubber is going to heat up faster and grip better in the cold. Just make sure you get something designed for wet traction and you'll do fine.

  11. Head to JL's site; they have some great information on these things. It's almost as simple as a sealed enclosure, but you have to figure in your vent size, tuning frequency, length, etc. . . Do a google search and you'll find tons of good information. I would write something up here, but it would literally take all day.
  12. The sniper is almost complete. This guy's skills are just amazing. http://forums.corral.net/forums/showthread...545&page=10
  13. <------- Doctor appointment at 2:10. Yay me. . . Take some more of my money. .
  14. Don't know. I've had this horrible gas pain all day, and it's slowly moving to my lower abdomen when lifting my legs or bending over, I get a cramp-type pain. When breathing, upon exhaling, my entire lower back area feels as if I'm getting stabbed. I cannot get comfortable at all, and cannot sleep. Hell, I can barely sit or stand. It's like I have this huge fart that I need to release and can't.
  15. Anyone ever have appendicitis?
  16. Sean, how is Aidan doing?
  17. I have AS Michellins on the beater, and they are pretty good. Hell, they were brand new when I got the car and cost 75% more than I paid for the thing, so it was a win for me. I wouldn't spend the money for them though. I can find the same performance for half the price, although the next set on the steelies will be some winter tires. The current wheels/tires on the GT will be relegated to beater summer duty.
  18. That's what's on the GT I just bought. They're actually pretty good tires. Great grip in the dry, and I can run on the highway at 80+ in the rain with now worries. I have nothing against the Falken's, they have the coolest name by far. Just have never used them before, and could not afford my beloved Yoko Avid W4S's. I used to be a big Pirelli fan, and the last set I bought only lasted 5K with no burnouts. I went through a lot of shit with the Tire Rack about it and even got into it several times with a rep from Pirelli NA, but in the end, I was just left disgusted with them. I needed tires that day so I got a set of Kuhmos when they first came out. They were great. I then sold the car, and bought the Cobra which had the same tires on it. At first I didn't like it, but the car was a bit nose heavy in comparison to my previous Mustang. Once I got my suspension finished and was actually able to use the tires, I grew to love them. My father and brother now use them on their vehicles. If they made a stickier street tire, I'd buy them again, but alas. . . Sometimes, you really ARE paying for just a name. GoodYear comes to mind.

  20. SI, SSA, Mach 5, RE (LONG time ago), ID, JL, MTX, RF, CV, JBL, I could go on. I'm too old and have played with far too many drivers.
  21. It's the same with plywood. Aside from a worm drive, no circular saws really have enough power to safely use the "plywood" blades.
  22. Just make sure you have a good straight edge and some clamps.
  23. Circular saw with the right blade would work any recomendations on good blades from my experience something with 80 teeth or more and carbide tips usually works pretty damn good That's far too many teeth. Those finer blades will simply trap heat and make your life hell, especially with the bonding resins for MDF. You need a clean ripping/finish blade. Ever since my table saw took a shit, too many years ago, I've been using my trusty circ. saw with a Freud Avanti 40T blade, model #TK303. $20 at Lowes with a lifetime warranty. I cut panels for countless things over 3 years before I had to send the blade in. They sharpened it, and sent it back within a week free of charge.
  24. I LOL'd How exactly did he stick his foot in his mouth? The man did all he could do. Not his fault everyone else on the team stunk it up. Look how well they meshed in the first two series. Against the Magic, it was Lebron and his old high school team. A one man unit again.
