  1. Did you know that if you have a TV smaller than 50" and sit more than 7' away from it, you cannot tell the difference between 720p and 1080p? And the only TRUE 1080Pviewing choices are PS3 games. I don't know why, but movies are not yet able to take advantage of the full HD, just 1080i.
  2. That's sweet!
  3. Fucking sweet dude! Kyle is awesome!
  4. No, but the manufacturers are here. Kicker amps, made overseas, but if you need work done on it, you sent it to Oklahoma. JL amps, made overseas, but you send it to Florida for repair. Audison amps, made overseas, BUT you send it to Italy for repair Genesis amps, made overseas, but you send it to England for repair. Get my point? And even if these things are the best thing since toiler paper, I could never use them as they are just hideous. There comes a point when aesthetics have to be taken into consideration.
  5. I am so enjoying NOT having a girlfriend! MY cars are getting 100% attention again!
  6. Very Nice!
  7. This thing HAS to accept one input. If it doesn't, I'd find a 6-channel line driver.
  8. Just by looks alone, they appear to be cheesy Chinese knockoffs.
  9. Remote start causes no excess wear on your starter. It's the same as if you go out to your vehicle and start it via the ignition and let it run. Whomever told you that needs to be smacked. Mark, any chance on you being able to get any Clifford products?
  10. Best money I've spent on drivers in quite some time. I only have a little bit of play time with these, but in a well-deadened door and some power, these babies are midbass monsters!
  11. Same here.
  12. It's actually a fine thread machine screw. I thought it was an 8-32, but it will not fit my inserts, nor my die. Even the Red 3rd gen claw? It's a 4th gen actually, but no, not that. If I weren't going to mount it inverted, I would.
  13. I do it to ALL my drivers, even subs. I don't care what size it is. I take every precaution I can. While I have you here Mark, what is the thread size/pitch on the screws that come with these?
  14. I hope Josh is doing okay. Poor guy. OR Lucky guy. . .
  15. You are correct, but the 12-spoke baskets allowed for slightly more suspension travel than the Claw basket. I don't know if the suspension allowed for this extra capacity, but it was there to use if available. All things aside, I don't think you'd run into problems, but I wouldn't use Claw and 12 spoke TC based drivers together. Of course the motor and suspension are going to be the major players here.
  16. I didn't take anything off. It's what I applied. Modeling clay goes on all my drivers to help defeat frame resonances. Aaron, again, big thanks! We'll be doing business again SOON.
  17. Colored clay FTW!
  18. He He. Big thanks to Aaron!! Mark, I must say, you really outdo yourself. A $20 driver that performs like drivers five times the cost AND you have the audacity to include form fitting grills AND hardware. Mach 5 Audio, the pinnacle of the poor man's music! being broke never sounded so good. Now, on to the goodies. What is this mess on my driver?
  19. Been loading ok for me, is anyone else having the same issue mark is? Oh yes.
  20. SSA shop is pimpin!!!!!!! Did I really need to say this? Thank you Aaron and Mark!
  21. You know, this shit only happens in the USA. Stupid Americans we are.
  22. The Claw Magnum is the original driver. The current production Mag has been out for almost two years now.
  23. HA HA!. I better be one of those "few." BTW, make sure your phone is on tomorrow night. We must speak.
