Personally, I really dislike driving my mother's 5-series. It just feels sooo... wrong. I don't know how similar a M3 would feel, but make sure you test drive first. Yeah, I highly doubt I can just go into a dealership and say, "hey, I wanna test drive an M3." Hell, I'd probably nut as soon as I get on the lot anyways. Last time I went looking at them, the girl got pissed. I won't go into details.

Here's what I've been thinking about lately. Really sick of paying high insurance and gas prices on the Cobra and it's never going to be fast enough. It WILL be an endless money pit. I have ALWAYS wanted an M3, so sell the Cobra, invest the money, and in 3 years, I should be able to get myself the M3. It will hold far more value than the Cobra ever will. Will outhandle it easily. Power will be a concern, but as smooth as those bitches run, I don't much care. It's a FUCKING M3!

Blue moon has been my beer of choice the past 6 months. I love it. As a matter of fact, I have a 12 pack in the cooler right next to me now. Make sure you try them all. I didn't much like the springtime ale at first. Too pungent of a lime taste, but after the first one, they get really tasty!

I'm currently doing a boat install myself. A pair of MJ-18s will be on call for bass. Luckily, this is a deckboat and I have all the underseat access in the front of the boat to use for enclosure space. I am going with a 38Hz tune. Low enough to hear a little thump, but I will gain gain efficiency and not have to worry about a super low and flat passband with a low tune. The way this boat is designed, there are channels to load the bass on both the floor and sides, so hopefully, I should get some decent response. Mach 5 is hard to beat for bang for buck. I had also thought about the pro audio route, but most of the drivers willnot stand up to marine use for more than one boating season. Plastic or coated cones are a must.

well the old look is just for nostalgia but i mean if it has to be new then it has to be new lol. but i dont know, 125 just for a new surround doesnt sound that good (now i know it would get all new parts but its hard to justify it when all thats wrong with it is the torn surround). i might as well put it towards the HO alt...decisions decisions hey tirefryr, did ya get your alternator yet? if so hows it working? later How much of the surround is torn and where at? If that's ALL it needs, I'd contact TC Sounds and see if they have a surround they can send you and you can just put that on yourself. As for the alt, nothing yet. Bills are piling up and audio dreams going by the wayside.
