I took that attitude in my current job. I knew quite a bit pertaining to it, but I never let them know. I just sat back and let them "teach" me. That didn't turn out too well. I know exactly what you're saying though. I would never just go into a new place and give them any bit of attitude or disrespect no matter what I know or how experienced I am. You're the new guy and you have to know your position. And BTW, I'm not even close to knowing everything. Hell, if anything, I'm dumb.

If you're really worried about durability, go to an auto parts store and get the type made for gasket purposes. They are a little more durable and can withstand higher temps and more extreme environments versus standard construction variety, but I have used normal silicone and had zero problems.

Sounds great! I have a lot of experience with the older Kicker components and loved them. Their silk domes are lovely. Had SEVERAL sets of the RMB8s as well. They are great. Will EASILY go down to 30Hz IB in a door, and are shallow as hell, so the new SS series should be even better. For subbass, I'd go with the four 10s sealed.

Not the strongest arm or greatest accuracy, but he's a perfect fit for a multipurpose QB role they have had for years in this offense.
