  1. Yup. Peace Out! Kent, did you get your package yet?
  2. I've spliced 750kcmil. It's about the equivalent of 5 or 6 1/0 cables. Speaking of, now that I'm back on my old job, I have to take some pictures of some LARGE cable for you guys!
  3. Good job homie!!! Nice pics too!
  4. <----------- Tirefryr1, You'll probably never see me on there though. I don't know if I'll have internet access at school. Next week may be my last week for a while unless I can find a cafe.
  5. YO!
  6. He doesn't have to worry about anything coming up and jamming his brakelines in the sled.
  7. DLing some movies now!!!! Awesome!
  8. I received a phone call last Thursday at 1AM from both Nick and Hollis in a very drunken state. Haven't seen or heard from them since. They were getting ready to fly to Texas and Nick went on about how enticing the oxygen masks are on the plane and how they place you in a state of euphoria before you die. It was rather funny. Anyone else get any phone calls?
  9. Man, I'm beat. First day back in 2 years and I put everyone to shame!!! It was awesome! Like I never left the place. Everyone was cool as hell, and I REALLY enjoyed doing the work. This sucks though, cuz now I'm questioning my schooling. I always liked be an electrician, but it did get boring often. Thing is, now the company is doing all different types of projects and not the standard stuff they were doing when I was working there. They now longer have a contract with GE and are working on some pretty unique projects. Oh well. . . . . .
  10. If you have ABS, they're pretty much useless. The ABS pump is going to regulate the pressure to the point where they'll never see the extreme pressures necessitating Stainless braided lines. I personally feel they make no difference outside of racing. I had them on my 95 GT, didn't make one bit of difference. OF course that had ABS. I don't particularly feel they will last longer either. Todays rubbers and synthetics are far superior to those of years past and they will not break down as fast. I have had 25+year old cars with the original lines on them and were still in great condition. I don't feel it's worth the money for your application. Change the fluid every 10-15K miles and you'll be fine. Problem is, brake fluid is so often overlooked and is one of the most critical fluids in the vehicle. Heat is the enemy and with brake fluid, high pressures and heat are at the extreme.
  11. Night all. Steve, F U C K EM!
  12. Has she done any porn?
  13. Nope. Not going to. Don't even ask what happened there. Just know to not buy them.
  14. I thought Crutchfield could order anything from any manufacturer they carry. . . I was wrong. I remember they would do this years ago. I guess it's a thing of the past. Hello Ryan, Thanks for your e-mail, and for shopping the Crutchfield web site. I will be happy to help with your question on the Eclipse CD8455 receiver. Unfortunately, we aren
  15. Thanks Kent. Yes, I'm keeping it for sure. I was also informed that the parking lot I will be parking in has 24-7 security patrol and is fully enclosed with permit parking only. My rep has a C5 vette and he's there all day and late into the night and said he has yet to have a problem. I hope she'll be okay and that I can avoid the ide and snow by using public transportation when I have to. Good job Aaron!
  16. OMFG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  17. I just sold the amps and the subs. If anyone wants the comps, let me know via PM, I'll make you a deal.
  18. I'm looking into the 8455, but Eclipse has the worst site in the world with little info. I'm wondering if the aux input is direct connection, or do you need an adapter like on Pioneer and Alpine? Also, anyone friends with any dealers that will ship to me? The local dealer here is horrible and I refuse to give them my business. Thanks!
  19. I just got an email back from them. He said the same thing, other than Ebay, and also provided me with a phone number to a personal contact that he knows has some. That was awesome right there. Now I just have to have them repaired and they'll be good to go. I love free stuff!
  20. Thank you sir!
  21. Even if it is, he's not going to notice a difference with 15 less watts. Want it now, pay the high price. Wanna wait, go Ebay.
  22. I have a bridge, but the wrong one for you. As for the screws, they will be a simple 6-32 machine screw. You should be able to pick them up locally with a socket head in just about any finish.
  23. F this.
