Ah, too much $$$ if you ask me. That basket is scratched all to hell. Spider is definately something of concern. I just received a blown claw that I bought from a member here. It was in impeccable condition except for the same problem there. Nothing blown or open, yet the spider came unglued from the plateau. Coil rubbed in the gap and now it's useless. Other than that it was perfect. I would be hessitant about this one as you could have a similar problem yet it may not be audible as of now. And like I said, the shape that basket is in is just sad. How could someone do that??? Here's a shot of my coil. And BTW, mounting depth is identical to the newest version.
