Damn, it looks like copper. Oh well. What is that on there, some type of varnish? That's what we used on big electric motors when we got through rewinding the coils. I would imagine it is similar.

This one you see here is going in a 4.5 cube vented enclosure in a camaro running off a MMATS D200HC. Mine will be powered by ??? as I am yet undecided on amplification. Looking to throw about 300 at it.

I have no experience with the new Boston units, but all the others I've heard, I was not very impressed with. Now take this with a grain of salt as the only ones I have heard were on a display wall in a listening room at a local dealer.... Who has since went out of business..... Oh yeah, I haven't been in a stereo shop in years so take that into account as well.

I had a similar problem with UPS. Never been back there for anything. I love FedEx.... They are cheaper, quicker, and good to me, so that's my exclusive shipper.

It's actually a cell phone holder, but that's a good idea. My new phone doesn't fit inside mine. Here's a trick, get a clear one and then get a lighted battery... when your phone rings, the whole thing lights up.. Frickin sweet. Oh, and, Nice Bimmer!!!

Man, I read a review on the SX line in a mag and they have a ton of features, one of which I really am fond of, AUTOMATIC GAIN MATCHING!!!! As for the new L7s, well, to me, they look like crap. Too flashy, but I know they will perform, so we can get past that.
