What caused the mid bass to blow? I would just replace the whole comp set. Also I would just run front speakers forget the rears. Just get a 2 channel to run your front stage comps. Do you have (sub)s? No the prv mid bass would not match the pioneer mid bass speakers.

I was just wondering why the manual says stereo for a three channel.

Where do I set the x-over switch on 3 & 4 when bridged. I have had people tell me mono. The manual says stereo. Which one is correct?

Haha. I wasn't going to sound deaden my amp. It was just a quick question instead of making a whole new post. I was just making a point that the amp shouldn't depend on sound deadening.

Sound deadening is very important but why does it affect the amp recommendation? The sound deadening should be done when the speakers are installed if your budget allows for it.

You wouldn't hear the difference. A spl meter would show about .2 db gain. You can't hear that.

I just wanted to know if going bigger would make a big difference. I found out not to the human ear.
