The thing with a active setup all depends on you. A passive setup can and will sound very good to if setup right also.

I have one but it sucks on the bigger gauges. Its like they didnt make the dies the right size.Sounds like a personal issue, never had an issue with bigger gauges. Did you buy yours from harbor freight?

But if you are exceeding a safe db level that could cause hearing damage. Then I would think they have a legit complaint.

Well I tried that to and ended up with a whine. A new head unit fixed it.

Did you ever disconnect the rcas while the system was powered up?

I can't believe what cnc machining can do.
I will finish it with carpet when I get time. I just needed to get it done to demo it.
