More than likely keep the 6 spoke. These people kill me running the huge surround and huge spiders on subs that the motor is not made for 40 mm excursion. Pointless. If motor isn't capable of the excursion the surround and frame were developed for then it's not necessary and will only make prices higher.

By that logic, if you plan on using external processing I wouldn't use a deck at all. The OP was looking at a deck that in 3 years will be worth $30. The 80prs in 3 years will still sell used for more than $120. No net negative in my book and IF you ever utilized the active mode it is a great piece. WAY easier and more flexible than the CZ for a noob too.Gonna have to side with m5 on this one. He is right. Great headunit, great price. I actually own one and love it.

His character shouldn't be ruined if amps fail. He did not build them only sells. That's my opinion. Shizz is doing a great thing that other Taramps dealers have never even thought of. Taramps will thank him when they see how many people in the US buys from him instead of the other dealers. That trend may influence Taramps to make small changes to increase sales as a whole.
