  1. If it were me I would run all OFC so I would go with another brand, would you consider welding wire? It's black and works just as well
  2. Yea looks to be 0 gauge with fuse holder ends? Freaking schweet!
  3. Excellent work and scores loved the doors and wall paint job aswell as the SMD baskets on the btl! Mmmm delicious woofers!
  4. I run an ap15001d at .5 ohms never had any problems
  5. Drop the "tude" we got the problem solved, and go for the Hifonics if money is tight or look up Audiopipe ap15001d its around 175$ shipping included and it does rated
  6. 15 btl fully loaded would get stupid loud! Fo shizzle my nizzle!
  7. True, very good example. I understand why you don't like em, there are a ton of variables and adds a lot of clutter to the forums. Haha the way you lashed out on your first post made it sound like you were ready to stab someone
  8. Yea I see where your comin from. So basically it's up to the poster to do the research before asking about 1vs1. But anywayz back on track, OP if you have the budget go with sundown, better customer service, better product and better performance.
  9. Isnt this the point of a forum, so members can share their experience, ask questions and people can help decide on answers based on what the poster needs. Not trying being a dueche bag or anything.
  10. HAPPY BIRTHDAY PIMPS!!!!!!!!
  11. Ficaraudio.CoM
  12. You could always try an lms-r 15 or 2 12s IMO they sound amazing and dig deeeeeeeeeeep
  13. Yea I should be able to hit up the Jackson meet but the rest are a hair out of my distance limits haha
  14. Heck yes I might see you at some meets, I just threw in an hdc3 18 in my truck I will most likely hit up a few comps and shows! Are their any coming up?
  15. 15 miles south of Memphis, 10 miles north of coldwater.
  16. Haha sorry for the miswording I didn't mean parallel I meant going from one batt + to the other batt+ thanks for the info and I'm glad you could get a laugh out of it:)
  17. Well I don't want to isolate it I just can't run the battery in parallel because I stripped the bolt head on the battery side post and it would save on confusion
  18. Alrighty peeps, I'm adding a second battery but I don't want to run my batteries in parallel could I run 2 wires off of the alternator to the separate batteries
  19. Can you get the bracket from autozone? If so that would help put a good bit
  20. Yea it's the dual post duralast gold and I have a 2000 gmc sierra
  21. Well I got a second battery it's a duralast gold from autozone it says wet cell sealed, I have a second space under my hood where my truck uses the same body as the diesel but is a gas burner. I would have to custom fab a bracket to hold it there, but could I just use it inside my truck? Is that safe I've heard they vent hydrogen on non sealed I just want to blow my self up haha is anyone else done this?
  22. Your right M5 but it's a personal preference, I wouldn't by an 18 just to play 40hz and above and I love low notes so that's why I strayed from the 40hz tuned pack
  23. Yea everyone I asked said to tune it to 36-40 hz and I said screw that I'm not gettin an 18 to tune it to 40 hz haha so that's why I chose 30hz and needless to say it murders the low notes like a champ and does an ok hair trick on 200 watts
  24. wazzup folks i recieved my audioque hdc3 18 by ups friday and had a helluva time getting all 7 cubes tuned to 30hz made of birch in my ext cab sierra. As soon as i turned on my stereo it was on a country song on a Cd. i noticed it was as loud as my 1 12 but it has even moved 2 milimeters yet and thats when i giggled. so to play around i put on a test tone of 25hz and stepped out of my truck only to see my windows moving atleast half inch and my back glass flexing around 1.5 inches, as i was steppin back in my truck it made my hair stand up like a hair trick! the lows are so crisp and kick drums and kettle drums are tight and controlled, ive never had a sound quality driver but this sounds damn good and low. Oh yea and all that flex and everything is on 200 watts by the way( my 2 ap1500ds are on the way). i was beside my dads truck and his mirrors where shaking also! all i can say is wow Audioque has outdone themselves with this unbeatable priced sub.
  25. Excellent read! Thumbs up for the info I am about to buy 50 ft of wire this is just what I needed
