Ok, good. There will be some changes in the new year, so I can better assist you once they are complete. In the meantime if you want a new dust cap, let me know.

Mach 5 Goodness.
A few folks got some fairly high numbers with them, which is a (pleasant) surprise to me.

4.5 cubes tuned to 30-32Hz. 6" port will be fine. Good luck on the project.- Joel's Chevy Truck Build
I believe the sub box will be rebuilt to look much more custom than just a simple box. Since Joel does fiberglassing for a living, all that is left is the stretch of one's imagination.- Can I get a pic of the backside of a MACH5
Nice. Thanks.- Can I get a pic of the backside of a MACH5
Some of the models have backside pics on the website. Which one were you interested in?- IXL 10's
Sounds about right but the numbers haven't be crunched on this. As Taxi says, port takes a fair bit of volume so be prepared for that- ixl10 goodness
Shoot me a PM.- What size dust cap for 18"?
You sent Email? I recall sending a replacement dust cap out to one person who sent Email and PM'd me here. That was a few weeks ago. Shoot me a PM (through this forum) and I'll help you out. m- dCON prototypes are arriving today (Video page 3)
PICS! NOW!- Big Dave's Truck Project
I received the first set of shots from Dave last night. All I can say is he does some real nice work- Joel's Chevy Truck Build
Here are some shots of the sub box and amps. Everything is mounted rough until Joel decides what he wants to do. Subs: Amps: Joel do some last minute adjustments with the crossover for the Mids and tweeters:- Joel's Chevy Truck Build
Just a quick update, Joel has everything in (well kind of - amps and wires everywhere), and I just have to make a modification to one of the crossovers. Hopefully we will have a pic or two of the inside this weekend.- IXL 18.4 in 3cuft sealed on 750w???
3 cubes would be considered small, but as John mentioned, add stuffing - R12 fiberglass on all sides - and you may be Ok with it. I think you will be surprised by it...- Big Dave's Truck Project
*** Update - Nov 20, 2008 *** So Dave received the rest of his equipment and followed through with a few pictures: Subs with JL comps Rockford amps with a vintage Grimm Reaper Processors, mids and tweeters - the cap I believe is more for show than anything- need some input
You will be fine with that amp. A rough rule for alternators is ~70 amps for every 1000 watts of amp power. So whatever size alt you have make sure it has enough to power the rest of your car as well.- Big Dave's Truck Project
From ~30Hz up to whatever his fronts can handle. The IXL's will handle the extreme low end. I'm hoping Dave will chime in at some point...- Big Dave's Truck Project
Yup, he's finalizing his HT setup, which is over the edge too! Six MJ-18's and two IXL-18's for low end and mid-bass. I wish I was there to witness the whole thing. I asked him to take a few snaps of the setup - hopefully he will follow through.. m- Mach 5 in Oz
Hahaha! Pretty good They should be on their way...- SPL-12 Info
Why don't you rebuild the box for the driver you have? You may not have to purchase a new driver at all...- Joel's Chevy Truck Build
Sub box is coming together. Six cubes per driver. Mach 5 CEO pictured here "supervising" Ports being glued to baffle- Will this box design help me at all
I'm sorry you feel that way. Everyone has to start somewhere, and a little praise here and there doesn't hurt. It's all a part of learning and understanding. - mj 18 box
