  1. Keep in mine you may need a spare tire someday.
  2. Nothing wrong with an EQX. I think you can still get different Xover chips to put in it to change your Xover point. I think they are around 90Hz out of the box.

    Nice Supercharger....
  4. IMO I would use the one on the amp only. I believe you would get less than desirable results if you tried both.
  5. Those other pieces like the Alesis and the Rane are nice, but is the RTA score worth that much to you over sound quality? When RTA was worth 40 pts I was happy with a score of 37. Once and a while I scored a 40. I didn't need those big EQs just to get 2 or 3 points. There are more total points in the sound quality section then the RTA section.
  6. Also keep in mind that the EQT is a mono eq, so you will need to have to of them for right and left. The PPI DEQ-230 is a nice piece that you can take out of the vehicle to tune. Just add the longer cord.
  7. Making sure that you have the correct size wire for you power and ground is very important. You don't want to starve the amp of power that it is asking for. From what I've seen ppl use too small of a wire for there amps. There is nothing wrong with adding a cap or two. Sometimes there is an extra deep bass hit that requires a little more power.
  8. I am partial to the PPI myself. But I believe that the A600 is an old 2ch amp w/o a crossover. You would need something like an PPI EPX-205, EPX-223 crossover to go with it. As far as crossovers go, I would tend to stick with 24 db/octave slope.
  9. It wasn't meant to be and I hope it isn't trademarked.... I was just showing a possibity.
  10. Here is the sub box that I designed with a lexan grill. :boink: Sub Box and Clear Grill
  11. draw something up and have it cut out of lexan. Then start wet sanding for polished edges... Just an idea.
  12. I just got a HUGE PPI boner! You don't like PPI???? :boxin:
  13. I was in USAC and IASCA for a few years and then just stayed in IASCA for a few years more years.
  14. I'm sorry, currently I do not have a sub in my car. I'm looking to get a 12" DVC sub to ad to my Altima. My mistake I thought Mag = Magazine Installs. Please forgive me. Do you have a comparison data to other subs in the market? I am serious about getting a sub.
