  1. I think the "v.2" is saying that it's another preorder, not a 3500d v.2 Correct - it is the pre-order v.2 - it's the same 3500D
  2. 3500 @ 1 1750 @ 2 750 @ 4
  3. After impedance rise I wouldn't be surprised if you are seeing 3-6 ohms per amp at most frequencies 2000D FTW
  4. Rated current draw is 350 amps. Derrick will be working on some 12v testing soon.
  5. Little more testing... dropped it down to 40 Hz which is ~1.3 after rise : 11,470 watts 5735 per amp
  6. 10,320 watts from my pair @ 1.5 ohms each actual impedance after rise, starting at 0.5 DCR 5160 each 17.9 volts rest - did not measure voltage drop yet This is similar to what I got from the 3000s at a rise to ~1 ohm or below Will post more when I get more results.
  7. Regular cost is $1549 MSRP / $1099 MAP.
  8. Another 4 weeks or so remain to pre-order!
  9. Sale still going on!
  10. Yes, the subsonic was designed to be able to high pass the midrange to create a band-pass filter. I use mine in the Jeep this way
  11. We had 100 pcs - they all sold within the first day of getting the amps in (yesterday).
  12. You would need to send in your amp during the pre-order to qualify for pre-order pricing - so I'd say you will want to wait until towards the end.
  13. The first pre-sale was so popular we sold out before the amps even arrived... so we are doing it again Same deal as last time around! $850 for one $825 for two (each) $810 for four or more (each) Paypal me at [email protected] to Pre-Order! OR Order on our cart system here : http://www.sundownaudio.com/presale/ The current ETA is around the end of August -- this is a rough estimate. As always, with a pre-order the ETA is subject to change based on shipping delays, etc, etc. PLEASE do not pre-order unless you are okay with any delays that may occur. They feature 33% more output FETs than the current 3000D... a quad transformer setup (more efficient)... and some other changes we made to enhance reliability vs. the SAZ-3000D. I am going to keep this thread cleaned up and on topic - please make a new post for questions not directly related to pre-ordered.
  14. Just called around to confirm some pending orders - looks like we are all sold out of this run.
  15. Yah - I have yours on the list.
  16. There are less than 10 still available... FYI. I may have to do another pre-order for the next run!
  17. They are 3 lbs more than the 3000D.
  18. Trucking company called me this morning - they expect to deliver it today. I have had them tell me this before and fail to do so... but lets hope for the best Shipping will START this week - we have so many pre-ordered they probably won't all ship by Friday. DO NOT PM OR E-MAIL ME ASKING IF YOURS IS SHIPPED - they will be shipped in the order they were pre-ordered and they will go out ASAP. Automatic tracking sent by UPS Quantum View - if you don't see it by some time next week check your bulk / spam folders.
  19. Pricing will be the same as the SAZ-3000D. MSRP - 1549 MAP - 1099
  20. They are on a truck on their way to me. That should mean tomorrow or Friday. We have ALOT of pre-orders so it'll take a few business days to get them all shipped.
  21. ONE LEFT.
  22. No problem
  23. I will post as soon as I have anything new.
  24. They have been doing alot more x-ray work since the economy went down hill.
