I have one more used 1000D but the RCA panel is dented a bit - I am going to test it to make sure all is okay.

No - I have not started testing the SA-15 yet. Only D4 - I have not tested D2 yet.

It takes 60-90 days to get a woofer once production starts.

The sides are wide open and the boards are not flush - ventilation should be fine.

This is a Nightshade w/ cooling and 50mm WW 8-layer coil with a prototype cone we are testing. Coil is Dual-1 configuration. It includes the latest bolted down spider upgrade and utilizes a 3-layer spider. $400 for this prototype, shipped in continental 48 - there is only one like it right now.

For both amps I'd use a ~250 amp fuse. Use a 200-amp fuse in the back on the 2000D -- the 100.4 has it's own internal fuses already.

Perhaps... but it would take more than 800 more watts to gain one dB -- less than one dB and you won't hear it
