  1. Nice work Derrick SAZ-1000D to SAZ-1500D seems to be totally linear from the rated power increase... add 50% more power and you should gain 1.5 dB and you did. With the SAZ-1500D to SAZ-2000D you are adding 33% more power which should result in around 1 dB - it was close with 0.8 dB. With the SAZ-2000D to SAZ-3000D you are adding 33% more power again - and it was still pretty close at 0.7 dB.
  2. You can't just use the nominal load - you have to measure current. Your woofer is inductive and has an impedance when AC is applied. You must measure AC current to see the power.
  3. It would be around 36" long or so... so I'm not sure I will ever be making an amp that large (250x2 + 100x4)
  4. We don't have that voltage in here - sorry guys
  5. 2.2 ohms - any lower will pop the breaker. You can't get any more than that from a standard 15-amp breaker for long as we were seeing over 19 amps.
  6. Current clamp shown @ 19.4 amps 19.4 amps x 120 volts = 2328 actual watts Sub is still okay - don't worry! I just unhooked it at the end.
  7. He still has them from time to time.
  8. We don't have plans for one right now - but the forum would be the place to find out if we do have one
  9. Yep, Chris has been working on it for a while!

  12. Last day for 10% off pre-sale -- goes back to regular pre-sale cost tomorrow until the pre-sale ends.
  13. Hey now, I think my PR is pretty good. It is.... but I imagine it gets annoying answer the same questions again and again plus if you didn't have to answer questions think of all the things you could build. ***insert mad scientist laugh here*** True
  14. Hey now, I think my PR is pretty good.
  15. Not sure about the huge seller part... but they would be gigantic physically. An SAX-200.4 would probably be about 30" long.
  16. Because we can
  17. Any of those would be HUGE to be built to our SAX line standards.
