The SAE-1200D will do every bit of 1500 watts, in a daily 1 ohm setup it is not audibly different from an SAZ-1500D. It's a surprisingly strong amp and will come at a very good price. The upcoming "1200D" is so only in name - it hits over-current protection at 1600 watts output The SAZ-2000D will retail for $849 - the pricing scales in a linear fashion with power output.

Out of what you listed... I am working on a 5-channel amp. I don't see a very large market for massive 4-channels so that won't happen for a while, until I'm ready to start making niche products. Don't get me wrong, I'd love to make them but I do need to concentrate on what is going to be popular first to pay the bills

Once I have them (which will take 60-90 days) I'll ship them out withing a week or so to everyone. I do have to test each one, and my test speakers and power supplies can only take so much between cooling down

On top of the box like that under the trunk lid gets HOT. In my last car, a black Civic, I couldn't even touch my amp before I even turned it on when I had one mounted that way. Blowing a fan into the side of the 3000D is a fantastic way to cool it... actually, part of the reason I made the heatsink that way... I am developing a link piece (sorry, no ETA) that will have a fan to force air through both amps on either side of the link through those fins

In the works. Again, no ETAs yet but the SAE multi-channels are still planned as well as the SAX-250.2 model. Unfortunately, the 250.2 is going to be such a niche amp it is taking a back seat to other amps that will be much more popular. ----- brutalfriend, I've been working on some 5-channel prototypes - none that large. I do think a 5-channel of ~75-90 x 4 and ~500 x 1 would sell nicely, though. An amp like you are talking about would be so large it would be difficult to mount for many people, two separate amps would be easier to find places for (eg: one under each seat). ----- Earthman, I have alot of things planned Expanding the SAE line is a big priority right now - dealers ask me about expanding this line more than anything else! The SAE-50.4 will likely be the first multi-channel in the SAE line to debut.

The two 3000s are more powerful so can draw more current if called upon to do so - two 3000s would likely be more efficient, though.

I think so The new SAE-1200 has been abuse tested in a vehicle for a bit over a month now. I'm very pleased with it. Very strong amp. The SAE-800D model is in development and will be about the same size as the current SAE-1000D, about the same actual output, and cost less.

i know this is really getting ahead of ourselves but ur saying that the saz1500d will be replaced by a saz2k....will the saz1500d be replaced by a bigger sae amp???and also will the sae1000d be replaced altogether?? Yep. SAZ-1500D will be replaced by 2000D. Several hundred more SAZ-1500Ds will be sold before this happens, so don't start sweating. 1500-watt level amp replaced by SAE model (called 1200D, but will be quite underrated, have tested proto around 1500 watts actual) 1000-watt level amp replaced by new SAE model (called 800D, but about equal to current 1000D in output) The new "800D" will cost less than the current 1000D but do about the same actual power. The SAE amps will no longer be strappable but will accept high level inputs directly and will have RCA outs to "daisy chain" but not strap. Don't ask me for ETAs - reason why I have not talked more about these amps is I don't have ETAs yet.

It is being worked on. I am requiring some changes to the PCB for reliability and this will require me to bring in a large quantity to have the changes made - that is the hold up. The 2000D will likely replace the SAZ-1500D entirely when it debuts, and a larger SAE Class-D amp will be released in it's place. Just be patient, it's on the way

It would also apply if, within the 6 months limited warranty, you blew your amp up and you were at fault for it.

The only product I've ever used that caused an appetite suppression is the new "Stimulant X" - orange pills. I take one in the morning, primarily as an energy supplement to avoid the calories of caffeinated beverages - and I found it actually curbs my appetite. Amazingly the effect last all day from a single capsule, at least for me it does The first version was a better energy supplement, IMO - but this new version is the ONLY thing I've ever taken that kicked my appetite down. I've been hungry on any other product - and I've tried many of them, including Ephedra years ago (still hungry). I don't see how anyone takes more than one, though! I wouldn't suggest doing so. I've never seen noticeable fat burning effects from any product either... just that they gave me enough energy to complete more cardio and/or more exercise. With the benefit of appetite suppression this may be the first product to assist me beyond that - I have an incredible appetite and get tired if I don't eat what my body wants. I found it took about 3800 healthy calories a day to keep my energy up without caffeine, and even with exercise this put fat on me.

Also... lets talk about the 2-year discounted replacement warranty. What does this mean to you, the buyer? This is a $1200 amp on pre-order. It is NOT cheap. You have a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects that does NOT cover you below 1 ohm, does NOT cover you from abuse or mis-use. So, how are you protected? Simple... for 2 years, if you blow this amp up - and it IS your fault - you send it in to me and get it replaced with a brand new amp for a flat cost. For this model the flat cost is going to be $400 shipped back to you. Yep... that simple.

Once the amps come in they will ship within a few days. Each one will be tested individually so they can't all ship instantly, but hey would ship in a few days!

They should, but are not warrantied. Build quality is like the other amps in the line.
