  1. Yah, I took one.
  2. It was fun I took quite a few pics which I won't have time to post for a few days, but I'll get em' up when I can.
  3. Sounds like a loose wire to me too.
  4. Alright, I'm home... so back to work tomorrow.
  5. One 3000D wired to 0.7 ohms will be what you want for the pair.
  6. There is an error on the page for the 12s, they are 5.5" deep.
  7. An Audison dealer did an SQ review of the SAX-100.4 on ROE: http://forum.realmofexcursion.com/showthre...sundown+audison
  8. Those guys are getting a bit carried away over on SMD... what can one take away from the test? Well... the 1500D is more efficient -- that seems pretty simple. Upgrade the charging system to get the most of the RF amp? Well, now your cost to get the same power has increased even more. So what is the right conclusions? SAZ-1500D is more power for the money. Thats pretty simple. RF makes a quality amp, but not necessarily the most for you dollar in all applications.
  9. I do have my laptop and mobile internet so I'll be posting and answering as many e-mails as I can while I'm here
  10. Indeed, they are extremely efficient at 2 ohms You'll start seeing real power from them at 1 ohm, though
  11. I don't think Chad took any videos since his testing was cut short due to low battery voltage.
  12. Ah I see. I still have the only one Yup. I did get my hands on the other proto motor like yours, the woofer itself was destroyed in shipping but I finally got the motor from it. I may be able to make you another one, although, it won't have that CF dust cap unless you can find one.
  13. Yes, that is correct. The 100.4 is underrated around 10% or so.
  14. Whats the difference? Quite a few things changed from yours to the model going to production. Yours has a shorter magnet stack and a 4-layer coil as opposed to an 8-layer coil, the top plate and back plate geometry is also different.
  15. Use a set of Y adapters and use all four inputs.
  16. hows the cam on vids...does it pick up the bass well? 80 Not sure yet... I'll test that when I get home.
  17. Drinking too much isn't in the budget, so I'm good I'm sure it'll be a blast!
  18. Yours is different, but was a pretty impressive model as well I have another proto motor almost identical to yours, FYI.
  19. Still working on the details... but I'd like to have them out in 3-4 months. MSRP should be around 80 dollars. I have not decided on a pre-sale price yet, though.
  20. My camera made it in time! So I'll have pics
  21. I'd be interested if it is a legit product, it is extremely inexpensive in 100 ft^2 rolls on e-bay. If it is indeed a legit butyl product with a quality aluminum back it would be the best bang for the buck deadener out there from the looks of it. Looking forward to some tests Rudy.
  22. They are rated for 6 volts input. One of the other features of the Maxx-Link is that it straps the amps differently so the slave amp is less likely to go into protection under a full out SPL burp.
  23. That was a 12, I believe a Toyota 4-Runner.
  24. Several have tested them in Street -- Ray Farmer on Team Sundown was seeing ~7600 from his pair on a DD Battery. He posts on the forum so perhaps he can chime in with more details for you.
  25. Mmmmm... maybe something about some changes I was working on for the 3000D that I discussed with some Team members -- didn't pan out how I wanted (would require an entirely new PCB) so the PCB board did not actually change.
