They are more of a logarithm style knob... the difference at first is greater then it becomes less. If you move the knob very slightly from 55 Hz you will be at 70 - 80 Hz. I always adjust by ear and listen to the speakers until I get the best blend of midbass response and low distortion at high output.

Agreed on the basket, you will note that TC uses a nice mesh around those open areas on their production models.

The other amps have no currently available ETA. The "E series" woofers will probably be out in 2 - 3 months.

So Jacob, do I smell and install with external Aeros? That is a possibility for folks wanting to run these in competition. But to be quite honest, in order to achieve a flat response even that is not practical for these things. They want a TINY box, even ported, and a low tuning to be flat. For a "street beater" or "SPL" tune you can port them no problem. I picked up four... one is going to Switzerland for my friend's brother, one in a friend's boat, and the other two... I don't know yet Just got em' since they are cool.

The only reason they say not to port is that the port will displace about twice the box volume by the time you get enough port area and a low enough tune to get a flat response. They suggest a PR instead for that reason.

If you set both to high pass then try to adjust the high pass knobs as close to one another as possible, the same goes for the gain. Leave everything else alone

I don't have any opinion about RD that I'm willing to share publicly. Thats how it goes, though, these things can happen -- they are using the same factory for their amps. I will continue to offer excellent service and products regardless.

I was informed today that the shipment is running behind and is currently on a train somewhere in the middle of the country. This means that it should arrive here around the end of this week to early next week.

If the blue light is on and you have no sound then the amp isn't getting signal or the gain is set to minimum and the voltage it is getting is extremely low and inaudible. Yes, you can measure at the RCA. Put one lead from the DMM on the center pin and the other on the outter part.

They are little monsters... I picked up several for various projects. Have not listened to them yet but they do look nice

Brian, I'm not sure the reason for charge-back, actually, now that I try to remember. Good advice on your part though, I may have to consider refusing any unconfirmed address orders that aren't from one of my established dealers.
