  1. Anyone waiting on an e-mail reply may experience delays as we are still working pretty much 8 hours solid each day on pre-orders. I do as many as I can on my BlackBerry in the evenings but haven't had much time @ work to catch up -- I'll do as many as I can after hours tonight. I haven't lost any e-mails and not ignoring anyone -- but getting out the orders has been prioritized.
  2. He is from Italy We are building our new web-site and will be working to fill it out with the data missing from the current site.
  3. SE4000 is a really sweet design -- I can agree to that ARC finishes assembly of them in the USA, actually, the big transformer is not installed at the offshore factory -- or so I was told by Mr. Zeff (which I'm sure he wouldn't tell me so if it wasn't true).
  4. They get split up sometimes.
  5. RF Power amps are good quality -- no question.
  6. We did our thermal cycle test on the X-12 with CCAW coil (final will have copper which we will also test) -- 1000 watts starting power for 5 minutes dropped to 900 across the duration so 10% compression... cranked up to ~1200-1250 and played for another 90 seconds before thermal failure. Again, our 60 Hz thermal test is brutal and we have fried MANY other drivers in ~2 minutes at their rated power levels. It's a very difficult test. All of our subs must pass for at LEAST 5 minutes to get their rating and we usually crank them up past rated after the 5 minute cycle as well. It's a long boring video and not quite a production model so I won't upload it -- when we do the copper production unit I will.
  7. Nobody -- that is a pre-order special. They are normally $1125 Pre-order is technically over... so dealers will be taking down the 865 price any day.
  8. The 3500D and 4500D will both be significantly more powerful than those amps and the 2500D will be similar in power.
  9. Still working hard... truckload of amps due Thursday to Friday -- still working on large orders for several customers and dealers which include SA series AND amps. Going to be busy to capacity until Christmas !
  10. Pre-Ordering is OVER -- amps due Thursday to Friday as long as the truck isn't delayed for any weird reasons.
  11. ok thanks!! im just glad i was still able to get the pre-order sale before it was over, hey was also wondering if the saz 4500 comes with a remote bass knob or if i need to buy one separate? Comes with one.
  12. Hey guys, Almost all of them shipped as of today -- just letting you all know !
  13. Good news and bad news... about 80% of the 12s and 15s are now sold. Hate to see them go so fast but for the end consumers they will be available @ WoofersEtc.com as many of them are headed that way. For dealers -- I am working as hard as I can to increase production for you guys. They should be in full stock again beginning of February. As of this moment I do have some 12s both ways and 15s in D2 still available -- if you want some please email or call me right away !
  14. Quantity wise -- more than the subs... but volume wise probably not as much as amps take up less room
  15. Amps are due soon too -- woofers beat them here.
  16. We came in Saturday to test / pack as many subs as we could -- it will probably take the rest of this week to ship the rest.
  17. I think that perhaps they are all sold out once we fill all orders -- 15s only. Still have stock for 10s and 12s for sure and also some 8s. I have another production due in February of more 8s, 10s, 12s, and 15s. my reservations? do not you put aside? let me know that you just block them I will e-mail you about yours.
  18. The port is indeed too small... you need more like 12-16 in^2
  19. By the way -- thanks to everyone -- we work hard every day to make sure our customers are happy and it has paid off
  20. I think that perhaps they are all sold out once we fill all orders -- 15s only. Still have stock for 10s and 12s for sure and also some 8s. I have another production due in February of more 8s, 10s, 12s, and 15s.
  21. Promised I would show some pictures... we got some of our SA shipment yesterday (8s, 10s, 12s, E8s) and it showed up in a nice container with no pallets. So we had alot of fun unloading * First thing we saw - exciting, right ? * Does it end ?! * My view from inside... I was in the container the whole time tossing boxes to the other guys * Expanding dramatically when it came out of the container *laughs* Had to stand back this far to get them all in the picture. We shipped all the E8 v.2 pre-orders today and SA-15 pre-orders will start going out on Monday. DO NOT e-mail me asking when your specific SA-15 order will go out -- the answer is as soon as we possibly can ship them for everyone. They will *roughly* be shipped in the order they are received but likely one coil configuration at a time as it's easier to pull them that way -- so later orders of, for example, D4s may get sent before earlier D2 orders. This method speeds up the overall process.
  22. As soon as possible -- as close as it's going to get at this moment.
  23. We are working on alot of things to make calls and e-mail more efficient... some are just in early stages until we move to the new building... then it will be alot easier to get things efficient as we are building that space just for our application.
  24. We are operating on an e-mail, phone, orders, and everything delay right now... currently installing new phone system, new computers, network devices, etc... so slowing down anything computer related. Also have several big shipments coming in starting today and for the next week... then pre-order shipping will commence. This will take up ALOT of time. So please be patient during this time as we will be *extremely* busy.
