  2. LAST DAY to pre-order !!!
  3. Steve had a booth set aside for me but I couldn't make the show... I've simply been too busy to be able to prepare for an event. I'm glad everyone had a good time, though !
  4. It has started -- these are for customers. We are just back logged because so many people ordered before they got here... I didn't run a pre-sale at all but alot of folks wanted to pre-pay anyway.
  5. Supposed to hit Charlotte on the 5th, they go from there to me... so if all goes smooth I should be able to at least start shipping them before I got to SBN.
  6. I would add a brace between the subs in the sealed chamber -- a 2x4 would work well
  7. Found it... my mistake -- the port was on one side : Nightshade Videos - SSA Car Audio Forum Did low 150s on music.
  8. You may hear some noise from the air cooling inverse mounted -- depends on how close they are to your listening position.
  9. Do you have a picture of the setups you have tried ? I had a customer get two of the first NS 15s and put them behind the seats in a truck and it was doing 150s on music with a relatively simple box. His box was subs and port up with port in the middle -- lower port area and a bit higher tune.
  10. Would do well for four SA-12s.
  11. Right... do not bridged at 2 ohms. The amp most likely will play so you might think it is okay but that will shorten it's lifespan quite a bit.
  12. I only have about 10 of these left !
  13. Mounting depth = 6"
  14. Four will handle the 2000D @ 1 ohm
  15. Just built a "stock" unit with 2 spiders but otherwise the same as this one... Fs drops to 30 Hz Vas increases to 126 L Qts drops to 0.45 This will be the normal configuration for 99% of people.
  16. If you only play it up to 200 Hz it will be fine.
  17. Because not everyone can fit the SA-8 -- the E8 v.2 is 1" shallower. They are still true sub-woofers -- the SA-8 has double the rated RMS power and 50% more linear excursion. The E line is the "lowest" line -- SA is a step up.
  18. Here is a video of the suspension capacity of the DD 1508 vs. my E8 v.2 model prototype - I am pressing as hard as I can without pushing my fingers through the cone of the 1508 : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i80gi2_eLUE Before anyone flips out on me... I am not talking down on the 1508 here just showing a comparison. The DD 1508 is still one of the higher power handling 8s on the market and is quite loud -- it is just not a high excursion driver.
  19. Correct. Amps and Sub lines need to be filled out first.
  20. You can email me to confirm -- an invoice will come with them when they ship.
  21. I couldn't find any records of your Paypal email in my inbox so I figured this would work Thanks!
  22. ATTN: Steve Mead in Texas I need to know what coil configuration you need on the SA-8s you pre-ordered.
  23. Awesome work Derrick
  24. If the Q was sealed and these were ported, then yes. Same enclosure type... would be hard.
