Only thing I'm worried about is the alternator in the car is from 1973 so if I had a guess, its no more than 50amp Max.. this zr1000 is 150 amp draw plus the zr240 is another 70amp

does anyone know where i can find a module for this? perferably the zrx module.... i have one that i use for my zr240 but i need another one. im thinking about using both of these amps in my mustang build zr240 for the mids and highs, zr1000 for subs

lol yeah thats what my buddy was saying (hes in his 40's and did a lot of oldschool setups back in the day) i was just doing my daily search of craigslist and this popped up first lol. when i took the back off the amp (it has no crossover chip so i had no way to test) 3 different people called trying to get it lol. he said it worked ( we all know how that goes when it comes to craigslist) so i went home and pulled the crossover out of my zr240 and plugged it all in. works like a champ and is stronggg as hell. theres no way this is only 1000 watts..... i was thinking more around 16-1700 atleast.

i havent decided weather i should keep the zr1000 and use it for my oldschool mustang build, or sell it. i have a matching zr240 that looks exactally like it lol

got a package in the mail today got a 50ft spool of xs flex 0 gauge wire sexyynesss.... and once again, i was scanning the local craigslist and came across a oldschool power house... a made in usa kicker zr1000 for... well lets just say it was a killerrr deal haha just wanted to share a update with the bros!!

Well I had the day off work yesterday so I figured ill hook the 10's up and see how they sound. AMAZING sound quality here is a short video

i build my own box for my 2 12" zcons. 5.9cubes gross and tuned at 26hz. gets nastyy lowww. i did a 146.7@26hz thats with 2 audioque 2200's. not strapped running 1ohm per sub.

I didn't either lol. And yeah I'm sure there early 2000's modles and there motors are pretty big. Does anyone think these are worth anything?

well i got to playing around with them and decided to invert them in the trunk. my origional plan was to buy them, and try to flip them to make a little $, but i think i have decided and doing my mustang build with them here is how it all looks now. i see a custom box in the future....

well i was surfing the local craigslist to see if i could scoop anything up dirt cheap again and came across these. 3 oldschool american bass vfl 10's D6ohm coils cones arent in the best condition but motors are imaculate. i only gave $75 for all 3 in a box. magnet says made in usa and precisly hand crafted subwoofer. can someone give me some info on these? i cant find any!!

welp finally got my hands on a second aq2200 now the only thing is i hyave no idea how to strap them together!!! lol iv never done any kind of strapping what so ever so help is appreciated! subs are d2's by the way. i have 2 sets of power and grounds in back as well. sexynesssssssss

i had a leak around the sub with the ckacked basket some how so i went to lowes and picked up a roll of gorilla tape and went around each sub. helped a ton lol

well got them in and.... this thing gets LOUD and LOWWWW i cant help but to smile cuz this is the first box i have built that actually sounds damn good. it is currently raining now so im going to have to wait till tomorrow to get a video for you guys :/ but in the mean time, here are the pics.

yeah. my dad insisted i use his window sealent stuff to seal it up instead of liquid nails and his sealent is clear so u cant see it. but with it being clear, it gave me the ability to seal all corners both inside and outside the box its a air tight beast ! lol
