haha yeahhh. when ever i finished doing a run, id just go and sit on the side of the track with my truck and guys would be showing there shit off. ya know have there trunk poped and what not. 90% had some cute little cvr's or some rockford p3's lolzzzz. once i get my new box and am actually loud, ill doa few demos to show them whats up haha

ya ill do a overview of the new alt. battery and a quick demo but like i said, its not loud at all. this box is way to small and tuned wayyy to high

I'm interested. What are you doing for your new enclosure Lantz? im shooting for 2.5cubes after all displacement and tuned around 30-32 hz. like i said, im not to worried about numbers. i just love my lowwwsss and moving air lol. i know these zcons can do exactally what i want in the right box. just gotta get the money for it together and find someone who knows what there doing to build me one.

well i actually got off early tonight (friday) and it was test and tune night at the local drag strip and iv been wanting to run my truck with my new tuner and cold air intake for awhile now. 1st 1/4 mile i ran a 16.89 second (and last time) i ran a 16.63. i figured it wasnt to bad considering iv never been on a drag strip in my life lol. my truck weights 4,103lbs stock. thats not including the heavy ass 18"xd rims and 33" trailgrappler tires orrrr the 200lbs of subs in the back lol i dont think thats to bad considering lol just thought id share my little adventure with yall haha

the box is like 1.5 cubes each and tuned way to high for my liking. the amp (temporary) in a massive audio 3k and yeah im planning on doing 1 [email protected] ohm untill i can afford a second one and then link them together 1.5 seem small. But I don't know what the Zcons like. You're going for 2-2.5 ft3 per sub ? What tuning ? I'd like to Shoot for 2.5each after all displacement. And for tuning I'm not sure. My single 15 zcon box was tuned at like 30hz and I LOVED it. I'm thinking about the same for these. I'm not to worried about numbers. I just like moving a shit ton of air and sounding good:) Cuz I know being tuned at 30hz, I can grab lowsss that most spl guys cant even think about

well i must say the alt is doing it job i can definantly tell a difference in just the way the subs hit like how hard lol. no light dimming anymore!!! i did a good test on it all today... a was at a steady 14.19v @2000rpm at full tilt. im please to say the least haha. now just gotta get my 2 deka 9a31's in and a new box (a MUST) and hopefully that will keep me satisfied for awhile

what the battery? yeas, it has a little clamp on the bottom of my battery holder that hold it down.

well i was at the hospital all day seeing my 1 day old nephew and when i finally got home tonight, i couldnt find a 3/4 drive ratchet to take my belt off to do my alt. so thats going to have to wait till i get off work tomorrow. but in the mean time, i did put in my new optima red top:) i know things aint pretty right now but its getting there....

got the alt from... a good friend lol and a new box is in store and should be done next week. i just got tired of farting around and trying to make my electrical work so i just went all out lol. i came across some cash and went big. ( actually someone FINALLY bought my old iraggi alt. from my ranger so thats where most the money came from)

yes i sold the massive 3k already and trust me, i have my reason.... aq2200 should be here by this weekend. im installing the new alt. and doing the big 3 tomorrow. also going to pick up a optima red top for under the hood tomorrow and getting a deka 9a31 this sunday up in columbus. have another deka 9a31 in the mail as well

whats up guys? i been doing some upgrades to my electric the past few weeks and i think im about done (for the time being haha) here is what i have done for the new build so far..... HU: sony xplode (the nice one lol) speakers: stock but that is my next step Amp: 1 aq2200 running .5ohm (only until i can afford a 2nd 2200 and strap them) Subs: 2 12" ssa zcons (NEW!) Electric: 250amp alt. ( Thanks!),1 optima red top under the hood and 2 deka 9a31's in the back, all 0 gauge and big 3 is done. i will be posting all the new updates to the system here! eyecandy..... Truck: New Alt. Subs: a new box is in the near future...

shit i loved my single zcon 15. had it in 3cubes tuned around 28Hz on a aq3500@2ohm. got damn loud and sounded great while doing it. zcon has my vote as always lol

nice. id like to get one for myself, and possibly my girl lol (if they come in pink or blue lol) it was just a idea. i threw my old kicker one away when i realized they were far from the best products in my eyes lol.
