45's are required, they will lesson port noise, but audibly, you probably won't even notice the difference. It's all up to you, if you want to go that extra mile with your enclosure build. Good luck. will it help the score any on the meter?? haha

well i am starting the build for 1 zcon 15 tomorrow and i have a few final questions id like to get out the way to make sure this is done right the first time..... 1: should i put 45degree angles in all the corners for better airflow??? here is the link to all the dimensions and everything im doing (thanks Alton!!) You should really be aiming a lot hire than that. I would say atleast high 40's, not sure whats your goal with your current setup, but that driver is completely capable. Really? Awesome! Its going to be CRAY! >.< id like to get in the high 40's but i want to build only one box and for daily use. i could probably get in the high 40's with the right box but i plan on tuning it around 32Hz. think 1 15 could score in the high 40's on 2600watts??? lol

Loudest system IV ever head was jay-cee 76's with 2 15" icons I believe they were. I think he said it was like 147db??? It was awhile ago but that'd the loudest IV ever heard. Im shooting for the low 40's with my 1 zcon. Box build begins tomorrow

well i plan on going up to indianapolis in june for this years slamology and id like to compete. so i have a few questions and hope you guys can help me out here... 1: what class would i compete in? i notice they do like ford full size pickup and stuff, so would i be in the same class as some guy with 4 18's in his pick-up???? 2: where can i find the rules to make sure i can have everything in order by the day of the show? and 3: who all here is going???? haha Thanks guys!
