they broke off but were resoldered back on, I want to repair them but if its too hard of a job, recone kit here I come! Thanks for responding to my threads man

Ok, I thought the daily option was a soft part thing. Also, I know you cant just throw any coil in there, I am just wondering from what lines would I have to choose from. What I am hearing on other forums is, Scott will have to whip something special up for the 3hp motor, not just send me out a regular recone kit. In any case, I am waiting on Scott, Nick or Shawn to see what they have to say. Thanks everyone for responding

I need a set for an old Brahma 10", I am wondering if FI could sell me 4 tinsel leads so I can repair it. I figured, FI sells most of the parts on their subs if you want them, so could I get some tinsels? Thanks

I am buying a 3hp motor from TC sounds, I would like to know if FI can recone it. If so, what are my options or what can I recone it to? I know/think that the 12 spoke baskets FI sells will fit this motor, so I am definatly ordering one of those. But, which recon kit should I go with, I want to recone to a 15" and I would like DVC 1 ohm coils, I will be running this 15" off a Kicker Kx 2500.1 at 2 ohms, so what options will I need on the recone kit for the hybrid sub to handle 2500 watts? I know I want the daily option and whatever its going to take to handle my amp as far as the coils go. I really would like a BL recone kit, not interested in the BTL but if its cheaper to just get a standard BTL recone kit with the daily option vs getting an upgraded BL kit I would go with the BTL. Please respond

Can Fi recone this sub, it has a Tc9 motor with 3 inch coils. A guy over on ROE is selling one, it is only the motor and 4 spoke basket.

Yea. it would be cool if there were a sticky of what subs Fi can recone or send out kits for. There is at least 1 recone question a day around here.

Why try and break your sub bob? If you dont want it, send it to me, I will "Break it" for you, I have 2500 rms so I am sure I can get that cap off for you

The basket in question is actually listed here for sale, the seller listed it as an MKI, it is a 12 spoke basket though. You guys can check the pics in the FS section. I wont be reconing my BL until I get a second one to complete my dual install in any case. I just want the basket for future possibilities. The seller is only asking $10 plus shipping so I wouldnt be out much if I dont use it.

My unoptioned BL takes 1500 fine! If you get one with cooling you should be more than good!

I was not planning to send them that much, its just that, the only amp I have is the Kx 2500.1 . But I m understanding what you guys are saying. In any case, I was not able to make a deal with my buddy so i wont be getting them

Yea, I ran a remote to it from the HU, I dont know of any other way to get a signal to the amp

I am wondering what I could hit with my single BL 10" off 1500 watts tuned to 35 1.2 cuft. Phil, your scores are very encourging to me. Oh , and if your going to get rid of your BL 10" for a BTL, I got first dibs if you sell it

I think Scott is a little behind on his emails, he mentioned that in another thread. But, you basicly just got a free pass from the owner, I would keep the sub and run it as is, if a problem developes, Scott WILL take care of you.

Wire it to 4 ohms and place your add in the FS section after you get the required amount of posts.

I dont think you would be unhappy with either, but get the Q's
