  1. Well, to help bring in the new year I can not find a better way then to offer up a sale. So for an undisclosed quantity or time (depending on which happens first) we will be offering 30% off all enclosure pricing. Note that you can not add the SSA 15% discount on top of this, sorry guys. This will be for this forum only!!!!! So please contact me here to get this discount. This starts today BTW!!!!!!!
  2. I'll be keeping my eye on this. I need a new box. Can it start now? icon is on its way this week!!! LOL, we already offer a 15% off for SSA subwoofer enclosures. I will be posting up later this week with a new year special offer.
  3. From everyone here at the DC Creations family, We want wish all of you a Merry Christmas. We hope all of you are enjoying the holiday. Look for a New Year sale from us to help kick off the 2012 year.
  4. Thats my enclosure! When do you think you'll ship this out? It was shipped out already, but I'm not in the office to get you the tracking number. Your paypal account was updated with the tracking information though.
  5. We had a few people asking to see these two colors together. Sorry it took so long, we have been very busy lately and 90% of the time we forget about pictures lol. BTW- This is the new home for 2 Dcon 12s
  6. agreed, but i think he is limited in space in the boat though... Didn't he have a pair of SA-10's though? Maybe they were in separate locations that are limited on space. Yea, he had them in separate locations. I'm still thinking about a "workcation" and heading down and doing some fiberglass work for him lol
  7. agreed, but i think he is limited in space in the boat though...
  8. You won't have port noise. You can drop that sub right in with no issues.
  9. I'm not sure what calculations you are using but you won't like the results of a 6" port. I hope the best for you and that is right. Trial and error will reward you with what your looking for.
  10. They are low in regular cab trucks because in most cases there is just no other place for them. I where designing this enclosure I would consider the application and do some figuring on how the enclosure will work with in the vehicle. That should show you the best sub/port placement as well as correct tuning.
  11. You have far to much port area. Try using a single 4" port, you will have much better results.
  12. All though this is to help drive sales on this forum, it is more geared to give back to those who support the SSA product line. We may do something for supporting members at some point as well, but for right now this seems like a good place to start.
  13. For anyone on this forum that has SSA sub-woofers. We will offer a 15% discount on our enclosure prices. To get this discount you must be on this forum, the enclosure must be custom built for SSA sub-woofers, and you must post or pm us here only. Please do not email requesting this discount as we have multiple employee's that will check the email and this step will help us keep track on our sales here. We will be offering discounts and various sales in the future and this discount can not be joined with those sales unless it is otherwise noted in the sale.
  14. With a few thousand watts you won't have an issue with your terminal cups if they are quality ones at least. There are several options that you can use if you wish to go a different way then terminals though. Personally, I have not had one fail under normal circumstances and I have been doing this for a very long time. Our demo truck uses 4 of our terminals and on a burp we have just over 4k going through them. During demoing they see an average of 2-3k depending on voltage, rise/drop impedance, and of course what we are playing will factor into that as well.
  15. I finished yours up late this evening before I left the office, I didn't have time to upload any images or anything though. I understand that you want immediate results with no initial investment, but please remember that we are on several forums and still do other online and local business. I understand you are waiting on funds to be able to go through with your request, and I do apologize for any/all delays, but we are a small company that has literally tripled our sales over the past several months. This combined with the holiday season and the upcoming tax season has kept us very busy(not complaining at all though). I do hold all of our future customers and their questions in high regard, but I can only do so much in the time allotted in a day. I could understand posting in all of our threads with requests for your design if you had paid for a service, however, at this time I have done several hours of work at absolutely no charge as a "good faith" option for our future business which is already at a decently discounted price that I gave you from our normal pricing. I do not mean to come on rude or anything else. It is just a very hard line to walk with how much work/effort we have to put in at no charge and push off our currently paying customers to do so. Here is a good way to look at it. Would customer A be happy if I pushed off their design or build for several hours or a day just to do free designs for potential future customers? Or would customer A be a little upset that we pushed their work off to do so? Same can go for the future customer. Would they be happy or upset if I pushed off their work for paying customers or would they see that differently? Simply put, there is no right answer for this. It is just one of those do your best with the time given and try and to make every minute count situations.
  16. DC Creations | Facebook Here is our Facebook page. It is still "under construction" largely because I just do not have time to add content right now. However, I will be doing various sales and promos for our customers through our facebook page. Also, when/if I sell any gear I may(won't always) post it up on here first for those "loyal customers" :up2somet: So be sure to like us and if your a customer please feel free to post up some pictures on our wall.
  17. The clock is incorrect. It goes off your IP and time zone. The deal can be posted from 7-10 EST not your local time which is what the timer shows.
  18. Took a little bit to find what went wrong but we figured it out. Some one else had read your last PM so I didn't get to see it. Now no one else will be check any of the forums we are a part of to keep that from happening again. I will get you an idea on the actual size of what we were discussing on Monday. Again, i do apologize for that delay.
  19. I have not been in the office(I normally don't check my email away from the office), but when I get back to the house this evening I will go through our email. Sorry for any delay, we have doubled our business since Thanksgiving and all though that is great, we are having to hire more employees to cover various things. Trying to train a receptionist to handle email is about the hardest thing I have had to do so far. LOL
  20. I should add a quick FYI on the pricing. This is for net ft^3 not gross. So if you need an enclosure that is 2.5ft^3 with a slot port you pay for 2.5ft^3 not the actual 3.5(or more)ft^3 that is the actual gross volume.
  21. We had thought about a basic rate per enclosure. However, it would not be fair to those that are closer as they would over pay for shipping as the prices would be based off of the furthest zip from us. After some though, we felt that charging actual shipping rates is a better option and to help cut the over all costs that our customers see.
  22. Yes. All prices DO NOT include shipping rates. Those will be provided on a person to person basis as each enclosure is different sizes, so rates will not be the same for everyone.
  23. Thank you everyone for the warm welcome! Just goes to show we made the right choice by being a part of the SSA community.
  24. Here are some quick looks at some of our work. I will try and get more pictures up later for everyone. Designs Basic enclosures Raised logos Again, sorry I don't have many pictures on this computer, but I will try and find some images of some of our more "interesting" builds over the years.
  25. We are currently in OKC OK right now. We ship enclosures all over the world(yes we ship internationally) and have been doing this for over 6 years online on various forums. We did loose a good deal of images during some changes over the years, but most of them were local. Most of our fiberglass and really custom work is from locals and cars that are shipped to us. The majority of online enclosures are a little more basic in nature, but are still designed to work 100% with each customers application specifically.
