thanks.I'm wiring up 0 gauge threw the whole car.curring a hole through the floor in the back for a ground to frame and gotta get the sa12 rebuilt:( o and i might have to cut the box to fit

Does the recone come with the triple joint ring?

I tried it in a 1.6 box and it got hotter in that box I think Ill just run it at 2 ohms instead of 1 and eventually just get another and build a new box for 2.Just let me know what I gotta do to get it fixed.you can email me @ [email protected]

The box is a 2.25 ported and an audiopipe 1500 with the gain less than half way with bass boost off. and i was looking at it and the spider lead was broke on one of the pos. terminals.If you can fix it I will buy another so I can turn my amp up it sounded good while it lasted.

Well my sa-12 stopped working and I took it out of the box and found this black stuff Idk what it is Is this normal to break and can you fix it? I didnt even have it installed for a month.Help somebody

this is going to be my layout for a new box ports gonna be up top they will be coming through the decklid and the subs are gonna be firing towards the trunklid.what do yall think of this setup?

I need to get my sa-12 reconed.Its not blown it just sounds like somethings wrong with the coils.

Is there anyway to put the port on the side of the box?I have mine like that and it sound pretty good for one 12"

I'm gonna build a new box for two 12's and was thinkin about porting it through the rear deck with two 4" ports with the subs at an angle to the back.What do yall think about that?

yea I was thinking it was gonna hold more power but it is rated at 600rms and im tryin to give it 1500 rms so i might just look into upgrading and givin my gf the SA.lol

yea mine's runnin at 1 ohm and its just too much power i gotta turn the amp way down.it will cause smelling of burnt coils i already put an l7 up in smoke with it.I'm already thinking of getting a different 12 that can handle more power or just get another Sa12.but i dont think it will push 2 sa12s at 2 ohms So maybe 1 Z v2 or Z v3 or maybe even a DP or DR. Hey sundown I will do some testing for ya when them Zv3s come out!!
