  2. Definitely... <---- would so own a RWD econobox/k-car/subcompact if they ever sold a decent one stateside.... 1st or 2nd gen Nova? Or the original, the Ford Falcon. I would definitely take even a Falcon over most of the new FWD crap produced today Who wouldn't? Its a Ford, come on now.
  3. I doubt it. Id do at least 150amp. Maybe a 200amp.
  4. :post:
  5. 700 posts
  6. Well if it drops to low, you could fry your amp, or drain or battery down. You watch it by a voltage meter. Stinger makes a nice one. Or you might have a stock thing on your instrument cluster. And you can install your alt yourself, if you have any know how.

  8. I hate you Tom. I was trying for TOP.
  9. Hmm.
  10. Here to reach 700 posts.
  11. what was your peak frequency?
  12. Yes. You could be "safe" without it, but you would have to keep a eye on your voltage. But I suggest buying a HO alt.
  13. How do idiots get on Teams. I see this RETARD, post TEAM <blank> in there sig. No need to name drop. I take a look around, and say WTF to myself.
  14. x2. hehe.
  15. :post for fun:
  16. I think you can take the battery tray out, and turn it sideways and it maybe fit. I know they can fit in a Ranger/Explorer, like I stated above.
  17. lol. If there amps are built anything like there subs, I'd throw it in the trash. How much power are you looking for exactly, and budget?
  18. This is in the wrong section, but I'll answer your question anyways. Cap's are worthless. Don't buy into the propaganda. You will need 2gauge wiring. I think thats what RF recommends for that amp. And a decent AGM/Sealed battery in the back. or a upgraded Alternator, 200amps or so.
  19. A true RMS clamp meter and a true RMS DMM. Now if you want to clamp current draw, you might need a clamp meter that doesn't peak at 399 amps.
  20. lol. I haven't had a good ole Pig in a while.
  21. Are you 100% sure the Opti2000D is .5ohm stable all day everyday? This means, a long hard drive, without cutting off. Will the SAZ's run at .5ohms. Sure. Are they warrantied there? No. Fact is, .5ohms isn't good for the amp, any amp for that matter. It does shortin the life of em, same goes for 16+ volts.
  22. :post: hehe.
  23. Sweeet.
  24. hmmm.
  25. I need to get motivated.
