  3. SSA prolly be teh best bet.
  4. You'll be fine with 750 each.
  5. I doubt it, as its prolly wouldnt be worth it anyways. Don't think Scott has coils laying around for it anyhow.
  6. Thats sucks HARDCORE Jake. Shoulda went with my underhung motor idea, and this wouldnt have happend.
  7. Jim is teh pimpest.
  8. You could have made 1 thread, and got all your question answered. Only reason why u think spiders and tinsels fail, is simply because you read on this forum, and people post who have had problems with them. FI sells a chit-ton of subs, and only a few outta them are had problems. They just happen to post here about it.
  9. How many threads are you gonna make?
  10. He makes multiple threads of everything for some reason.
  11. I truely know that. And that was on topic, maybe u cant read. I posted, about you, and about teh wall.
  12. That's Sundown They'll be fine as long as you know what you're doing. But honestly, cruising around with an actual 6kW in output is going to make you deaf shortly. Have you sat in a vehicle like that for a length of time, and tried to do a complicated task like driving?Lol, silly Jim. Just cause they have 6000rms, doesn't make them loud.
  13. Dude, did u just miss my posts? But 90% of teh people that own a 3000d dont care having it say, 3000rms. They just wont it to do 3000rms+. So I hafta say that is teh stupidest thang Ive ever heard. must have missed it, checked um don't seem to find anything about "90% of teh people", or "just want amps ta do 3000rms". almost every month some one posts wanting sundown to build a larger amp .think it would cost sundown a lot of money to tool a new amp for a few amount of individuals. as far as kicker design being great don't really know .not an EE but the name could have been much better that I do know. lol. Just cause 12 people a year, wants a bigger amp, doesnt make it a real issue. I dont understand why your arguing with me? Ive stated pretty much how Jake feels in my other posts?? If somebody needs 10,000rms, they need to buy 4 3000ds. Simple as that. Or move to another company. Im not sugguesting anybody to do that, but If Sundown doesnt corrently offer your needs, I guess its not for you.
  14. I'm pretty sure the SSD's are the entry level sub....In the beggining all I ever saw were the SSD's the Q's and The BTL's. SSD being your typical daily driver and you're Q being your SQ driver and BTL being an all out SPL monster. yep dual 1 ohm voice coils each sub wired at 0.5 ohms and then wired in series to the amp for a 1 ohm load. any ideas on what I should dedicate to mids/highs power wise? ummm No sir. FI has a series called X. That was there entry level sir. SSD is a 800rms entry level. lol. Teh X series didnt sell well, cause of teh rest of teh lines not costing a whole lot more. Get your facts straight.

Dude, do you need another thread?
  17. Must be savin all your scammed money, to finally do a install. Or pay your boy Mark Potts to do it. I doubt very seriously, you can even build a box, muchless, a wall.
  18. Wait and Bleed / Slipknot.
  19. SSDs are anything from entry level subs BTW. FI just doesnt offer there entry level anymore, cause they wasnt selling well. To cheap, I guess. People would just step up and buy something else. As far as a 3000d on bl's, youll be fine. Make sure to get dual1s and wire them all to 1ohm. 200amp alt and a extra battery would be needed for teh 3000d, AT LEAST.
  20. Teh warhorse is really a great designed amp. I give kicker credit there. And, they prolly will sell a pretty g00d many of them, just by having teh kicker name on it. But teh market on them are very slim. Teh more and more big amps that come out, teh cheaper they will become, and teh more popular. Hell n00bs today, mess up with 1,000rms, what makes people think they will be able to handle 10k?
  21. I agree with Jake 100% on this subject. Even tho teh 3000ds have been sellin like hotcakes. Anything more, wont be able to sell well on a dealer front. Which is Sundowns biggest market. Competing is slowly going down teh drain anyways. Alot of people are gettin out of it, simple because of all teh time put in and get nothing out it but a 2 foot tall trophie.
  22. I doubt a 3000d will break on you, and if it does, it wont take long to get you a new one. Also 1 1500d will do teh job. It will but not great. If you only wanna use 1 1500d, Id go with a pair of SSDs with flatwind.
