Laptop shopping sucks ass ... Why the hell do they make it impossible to get a laptop with a dedicated graphics card at a decent price ? Right now I'm looking at $1600-$1800 for a computer that fits my GF's needs ... plus accessories and taxes

Come to BC if you want rain ... It rained for 40-something days straight here just a couple months ago ...

I'd rather the car be beyond repair so I get a new one, especially if it's a new car (assuming you got the replacement warranty) ... The resale value and long-term reliability goes to absolute sh|t after it's been in an accident ... Glad to hear everyone was OK, though ...

Most the vehicles on that list are so low volume that the impact they have is so negligible that it pisses me off that that article was even printed ... All it does is create unnecessarily bad press for those companies ... Maybe they should be attacking the high volume vehicles that get poor fuel economy ...

My life keeps going downhill ...

It's a light truck with a full-size price ... It has terrible towing ability, gets poor fuel economy, poor load capacity, etc. At least Nissan and Toyota put a large displacement V8 in their full-sized trucks instead of their sports car V6s (and cost thousands less) ... 245 lb-ft of torque at 4500 RPM doesn't do you much good when you're towing ...

Just saved my friend $126.60 by price matching at Staples ...

GF quit her job today ... I have mixed feelings ... While I am glad that she will finally get away from her assho|e boss, that also means a lot less income coming in for at least a short while ... Of course, it also means that my car will be going on the road and we'll be taking her car off ...

I went to every store in town, nothing ... Every store in the next closest city and every store either didn't have my size or didn't have the colour I needed (black) ... The ones I did like in a different colour, I couldn't find in black anywhere ... I ended up settling on 2 of the 3, decently-priced and comfortable ... Downside is they're suede, which I'm not incredibly fond of

Finding a pair of shoes that are comfortable, good-looking, and decently priced is really fvcking difficult ...

Almost hit someone on the highway today ... You'd think that even the stupidest people in the world would know that you shouldn't run out onto the highway in front of vehicles travelling 100 km/h in the rain ... If I had hit him, knowing the local media, the most likely headline would have been "Pedestrian dies in tragic car accident" rather than "Local idiot damages car; kills self in process"

Most shops will still have them locally, plus you can always order one in for later ...But, if it's 6 hours away, that's kind of a hassle ...
