Yeah my buddy has one of those on two RF P3 12's, beats just fine.

Did you have to deal with SYNC at all? My buddy is doing a small buildin his SYNC-equipped Fusion and I couldn't even think of a place to begin with that mess.. lol.

It gives off a little bit of static when it turns on, but nothing comes out of them. I'm just gonna get rid of it, I just bought a cda-9884 for cheap lol.

Okay guys, sorry I got off onto the wrong foot. I was basically asking if anyone had encountered a similar problem. My amp turns on. My sub plays. I do not have music. My speaker wires are fine. My fuses are fine. It played fine 4 hours prior, but when I got in to head home, my head unit would not play music. It also would spaz out on me, going in and out with the disc. It is an Eclipse 5440.

I'll check it out.. it was super hot today, you think that had anything to do with it?

Okay, so I just hooked up all of my system last night. It worked flawlessly all last night, and this morning. So today, after work, I got in my car, turned on my radio, and my amp and everything turned on and my sub was playing, but I now have no music. At all. I know this is probably a n00b thread, but please help! I'm dying without my sub lol

The guy is legit.. my friend asked me if I had heard of his brand earlier this year. I looked it up, and all that came up was Rival Mobile Electronics.. and my friend's cousin lives in Galesburg. I'm almost 100% this is real.

I've heard a system ran almost completely off of CCA, it was 16 Infinity Reference 12's on two SAZ-3500's, and it worked just fine. CCA to me is just kinda sketchy, I'd rather spend a little extra on some fat 1/0ga OFC.

Eclipse, in my mind, makes someof the best head units around. Sundown I think makes some of the best subs around. But my favorite brand of all time? SSA. I have never heard nor owned one of their products, but for being such a small company, I don't know how they made such a huge impact on the car audio world. Keep it up, SSA!

I also think that if you watch your gains, 2 SA-15's should be loud on 3k.

My friend has a Sundown Z v.2 18'' in a 7ft^2 box on like 3000w in a Jeep Grand Cherokee, and it is just stupid loud... last time I checked you can find those fairly reasonable used.. and in an extended cab Ranger? Flex ftw!

I'd personally go with an SA-12. You have the box, and if you ever did wanna get louder you could throw another 500w at it. I think it'd be worth a little extra cash, if you can't find one used.
