No clue, no one has them to play around with... should be a little shallower for smaller trunks though, and like any sundown sub, it is probably at home ported or sealed

Of course they arent released yet, but don't overlook the SD-2 series either, they look pretty promising.

Yeah I believe that Sundown is in another league than Hifonics. But on the other hand, I haven't heard anything terrible about Audiopipe. Pretty good bang for the buck, I'd say.

I've never heard a bad thing about either of the SSA's, but a 15'' BTL would do work.

I was wondering if a single Nightshade 18 would be at home in my trunk as my daily driver. I would really like to get loud n' low. I'm putting it on roughly 3kw. Any suggestions?? Anyone have experience with the subs in their trunks?

Okay, so I was wondering if anyone had any input on this amplifier. I am basically asking if it was worth what I gave for it. I gave a good friend of mine $200 and a SAX-1200 for this amp. It slammed his Z18, and it looks like it's solid. Anyone had any problems or anything with this amp? Thanks

Okay, so I have a quick question. I am planning on getting 2 Sundown SA-15's. I already have an enclosure built by the local shop, but I believe it's for an SUV. It fits in my trunk, so I was considering just rollin' with it. Only problem is, it's subs up, port back. It's 3.1ft^3 per sub, which seems fine.. but I could also have someone build me a custom enclosure that would be more of a traditional trunk style enclosure. I'm trying to save as much money as possible. What should I do? What would sound better? Thanks.

So, I've finally gotten an idea of what I want. I'm really looking into the Fi BL 15'' subwoofer. I'm going to be pushing it with a Sundown SAX-1200. But, I've heard that the Q is almost a better alternative. Could someone please help me on which one to decide? And where could I get an enclosure that would really make the sub loud? Okay guys, here are my trunk dimensions- 44'' wide, 20'' tall, 20'' deep. Give or take an inch or so on the height and depth. Would an efficient enclosure fit in there?

Well, I need an enclosure, a driver, wiring, and most likely a second battery. So I'll say $700 is the max for me.
