never done a set of the EF's although we do have some at the shop. are u looking to put them in the back as well. The only issues im thinking of is with a 80hz crossover and 300w somethings gonna blow. you may want to look at some dedicated midbass drivers in that case

^^^ agreed. American international makes a 6.5 into a 5X7/6X9 plate but u would need to put the tweeter somewhere else. Id also recommend the hertz 5X7s... one of my good firends has a set of hi energys in his f150 and they wound awesome. But you want to get some vibration dampener... sounds so much better with some behind the speaker

what fuse rating does the amp ask for? I have fosgate 2/0 and about a foot inbetween the amp and battery SO im def fusing for the amp not the wire

Just as an FYI since i work for a mtx dealer and have a rough idea of the product line up the Jackhammer line is a sub par line setup for only circuit city.
