  1. Sundown FTMFW! He'll be using his RF T4K amps still he also stated on the SMD forum he will be using the 2 09 power mini 2500 per sub but the sub box and amp rebuild wouldnt be any time soon. Hes going to do a direct drop-in for now
  2. ^^^^ lol your crazy but damn
  3. woah comments are being removed by ebay left and right
  4. they look real good. Something about those single slug btl's looked weird but the SMD dual slug look alot better.
  5. sundown 3000d last thing im going to do is run a ground from the alt to the batteries in the back and see if that helps otherwise look for a different amp
  6. lol ya you got me thinking and i was just reading the new 20.1 thread where u stated you have 2. but i was talking about me. Im having a hell of a time geting an amp to run at 18.8-19v
  7. let me know how that goes... a 40.1 would be sweet
  8. yup... ive never seen anyone use one of their amps but ive herd they are pretty nice
  9. huh had the exact same issues with my ohio gen it needed to see itself for the voltage regulator to work properly... but the voltage is the same at any rpm. hey what amps are you planning on using running at 19v?
  10. thats all true assuming companies done lie. and we all no nothing is sacred in car audio. comapnies use awg about as much as the cea 06 amp rating standard
  11. one thing i would look at before anything is what the hell your bose system is. Most importantly where the amp(s) is. If you have a single amp a cleansweep/360/bit one along with a 4 channel would be fine. If you have an amp per speaker the install is going to be a bitch
  12. really? what audison was it? link?
  13. right... all because they are stubborn
  14. they are one in the same. The blown pico fuse is what messes up the rcas
  15. where is the pico fuse i just read another forum and it seems to be a big problem in pioneer/premier hu's It is internal and yes Pioneer has had this issue for years and they refuse to fix the problem. Try grounding the RCA's. ill be doin that tomorrow. idk if i would be able to fix an internal part im lookin at a new alpine hu if none of this stuff works this premier doesnt even have a pause button for cds i have to go through two or three menus to pause it the how too i posted in post 35 is how you fix the pico fuse. you dont have to do it internally
  16. right. if you really want to do it right you can open it up find it and solder in a big resistor (did it on mine) but doing it like i stated in the link works well. and i agree with p-dizzle pioneer should eliminate the stupid thing but they refuse to do it
  17. try the pico first and see if that solves the problem and then rewiring the relay if it doesnt
  18. http://www.icixsound.com/vb/showthread.php...age=1&pp=10
  19. am i the only one thinkin pico fuse in the pioneer HU? try grounding the rca shield and see what happens
  20. lets put it this way i had access to a powerbass 3kw at the shop for cheap since i work there but paid double to get a sundown
  21. what size is it? i have a spare old sx dustcap(says RE only) and an old XXX dustcap both 15s
  22. who did you talk to btw? i can try hitting up my rf rep to see if he knows any info (they may all of a sudden have parts for a dealer that were backordered for normal customers but i wouldnt expect it)
