Lol I called crescendo but they didn't pick up so I left a message . I was looking at some sundowns on db-r but they didn't have what I wanted in stock. @CTAudio the looks kind of matters to me because I'm makin a custom amp rack that has the amp as a display. Id like a decent looking amp that does it's rated power, there's plenty of those so I don't have to settle for ugly. Btw what does YSFN mean? Lol.

The cadence amp. Idk it looks weird. Sundown is pretty expensive I'd like to spend my good money elsewhere. The crescendo is fairly priced and true power. I'm hoping to get one. And the new ones are beautiful. Black with gold trim. Hell yeah if ssa made amps I'd buy em

Haha Marcus. Nah man Tony is running his system with two Hifonics Brutus 2400wrms. That system knocks! I was looking at Cadence a while ago too but they didn't seem like a good amp to me. That's what I was saying I'm considering saving up and getting sundown 1500 but when im coming back from the army I'm not running 1500 I'm gonna run more lol

I'm most likely gonna go with crescendo or AQ idk..

My buddy had one I forgot what kind but he said a hifonics of same wattage was better.. I wanted a crescendo, the newer one but idk where to buy them. Ok I apologize I didn't know it was a fuckin crime get that dildo out of your ass. Money is a factor which is why I was asking if that hifonics amp is as good as the sundown I was asking if anyone had experience with both amps. But thanks skizzy I think I will buy the hifonics Brutus however they don't have a 1500wrms closet is 1007wrms which should be fine? I would love to go with sundown all the way but money is very tight for me and this system will last me a year because next year I'm leaving for the army.

I want to know which would be best for my system. Im looking at these two amplifiers.. So 1500wrms from both. Id like to know anyone who had experience with either of these amps and what you recommend for me? I have big 3 with kicker 1/0 all kicker 1/0 wiring and XS 3100. Stock alt. (130amps.) it wont be spl just fun everyday driver, SQ with a little power. thanks everyone. Will be in 2002 Ford Ranger Ext Cab

02 ford ranger. It's going to be mine in about 2 weeks, same time my equipment will come in.

I just realized that. So I guess I'll go even less than one ohm. But it would be under my hood. And I'm asking because I'm trying to see if I even need a second battery. If I got the d3100 that's all that I need right?

Complete System: 1 15" Sundown Audio Nightshade Dual 1 ohm. .wired at 1 ohm. 1 Sundown Audio SAZ-1500 Box specs: cant release havent built. Kenwood headunit, stock speakers for now. Big 3 upgrade with Kicker 1/0 Kicker 1/0 wiring on everything(amp, battery) Stock alternator (130amps) Now picking a battery.. what would be the best budget minded battery for this system? Now, im looking at a XS Power D3100, but is that too much? Is a XS Power D5100 good enough? the D5100 has max amps: 1,600A and the D3100 has max amps: 3,200A My system only has 1500rms so is the D5100 good because its max amps are 1,600A? I really dont know anything about batteries so dont go picking on me because of my knowledge. Id just like some answers from you guys because you guys know more than me. thanks.

Ok I see ya Marcus nah we got all the wiring and equipment needed we just need the y adapters..did that sentence make sense? Lol but wouldn't it be easier to use a 4 channel RCA than gettn these y adapters?

oh right, i didnt mean to say negative on distribution block. but ok i see what your saying but do you know what i have to do for the rcas? the amps dont have an output for rcas so i cannot run them amp to amp. and the headunit has only one rca output (one as in red + white) and another thing theres like two inputs in both amps so im confused about that. look. So im helping my buddy hook up his little system but ive come to a blank.. he wants an amp for his sub then an amp for his speakers. ive done this type of installation only once and i think i got lucky but ill get to the point, um how do you wire two amps in one car ? so to my knowledge, pos and neg from battery to distribution block, then two pos and neg to the two amps. right? for the headunit im also a little confused, both amps only have inputs so how do i split the rcas? im guessing some type of wire splitter for those and both amps have two inputs? and for the remote, do i use a distribution block for that or is it possible to put it in one amp and then to the other amp? thanks, quick reply would be appreciated. we are doing the install now lol. btw we're hookin up rockford fosgate 6 x 8 coaxials hooked up to a rockford fosgate 4 channel PRIME series R300.4 amp and a 10" rockford fosgate t1 hooked up to a rockford fosgate PRIME series R1000D class d monoblock amp. lol everything rockford fosgate. thanks for the help!
