My buddy just Bought a pair of nightshades and noticed the z series have the same wattage but are cheaper so obviously the nightshades are better but in what way? SpL? Are the z series more for SQ? what's the difference physically about them? For everyday pounding and not competition, what would you recommend? Thanks. Marcus G

What has lead you to believe this? I'm not agreeing or disagreeing I am just wondering where this information is coming from. If you're planning on upgrading in the near future I would suggest buying used. The depreciation will be less that way. There's a DD for sale here that might not be a bad place to start. Ive used Hifonics in a system i had and my voltage would drop a whole number at about 13volts versus the same exact setup but with different amps but same wattage the other amps ran at 14volts and those other amps were crescendos. Hifonics was really bad for my electrical system so i never went for hifonics again. And our friend Tony always wanted to go big, he has 12 15" subs in his tahoe(but they are 150watts each) powered by two hifonics 2400 amps, 1/0 electrical big 3, 320 alt. 5 xs3100D and his voltage as of yesterday was 13.2. RMS power of the Hifonics is rated at 14.4 volts lol...

what amp? the sundown or the cadence? crescendo good too i guess. now if ssa made amps that would be ballin' lol.

Bro Tony is stupid he doesnt know what hes doing. Hifonics yeah they are good but they take alot of power. How many batteries does tony have? i bet his alternator is 320 and i know you aint about to buy a 320 alternator lol. sundown takes up alot of juice too but what amp doesnt? if i were you, for that nightshade id get the sundown 1500. keep it clean, everything sundown it looks better with all same brand but thats just my opinion.

Yes you have to call Navid @ Crescendo Audio, look on the contact page for his number to place an order. Leave a message if he doesnt answer, he will call back usually the same day depending if he is busy or not. I would go with Crescendo if you can, Audioque has products at good prices as well. I personally went with a Cadence amp . Since I knew I would upgrade in the future, they make good quality amps and wanted a temporary amp. I agree with this guy. Cadence amps are underrated and arent that expensive, if its really money bro, i suggest savin up. even if you leave you dont want to come back with all this shitty equipment. Might as well go for good reliable brands. NO HIFONICS lol.

Angel if you really looking for a deal I would go with the Crescendo. They are great amps and have a reasonable price. Bro chillout man no need for drama lol.

I'll cone and help if you need me to but just go to radio shack or alarms etc and buy 2 y adapters and whatever extra wiring you need. Ok let's say you didn't get everything so I'll write what is needed for this to work: 1. Good amount of power wire to reach the back and the two amps 2. Ground wire I'd say about 10ft at most 3. Remote wire, enough to reach amp 1 and then from amp 1 to amp 2 4. 3 RCA cables. One long one and 2 semi long like 10ft at most. 5. 2 y adapters make sure they aren't shitty ones 6. Distribution block for your power wire. Make sure it matches the wires you're gona be using. So wid **** bein said I'll see you tomorrow lol

Nah I would get the 18s but I see. Yeah but I need new batteries, alt, And wires. My wires currently were the cheap 0 gauge that's more like 4 gauge so I need to upgrade those and the alt really should be upgraded
