I would say florida for a few reasons... plenty of tourists to hook up with, no emission laws, taxes aren't too bad yet. Almost always warm and sunny (although to warm for me in the summer). Plenty of beaches, car audio crowd is huge, lots of places to work out, great food. Awesome night clubs etc... School year is a little weird but schooling is pretty decent there.

i dont know exactly, it was just riding around the back of my car for the last 7 months not even hooked up to anything an my car magically sounded delicious.... it does have like .02% thd, and loves music.
