  1. And the problem is? We need more info. But, if the motor is damaged, might be wise to let it go.

Don't quote me, but I believe it's around $100 for a recone and depending on what shipping costs. Trying to help since nobody has responded

    Indeed
  6. By ''boot'' do you mean trunk space? I'm not quite familure with the terms over there.
  7. where is it going to be at?
  8. I think there is a minimal difference between stapping em or running em in standard mode. Strapping looks a little more pleasing to the eye in an install imo though.

What do you mean by duty cycle? They do full rated power (1500WRMS @1ohm) @12.8v and more at higher voltages.
  10. That reminds me, hey Mark, can you do one for me with an saz1500 and Fi sub with a squigly (sp) wire connecting between the two? And possibly making the sub have animated long and fast excursion? Thanks, lmk.

  16. I'm shure it was built to be paired well with IA subs As far as power goes, expect rated power to be exceeded very easily. IA ftw here

I am assuming he is talking about those pre-fab style bandpass boxes with the plexi window in the front, where the subs are angled into each other. At least that's what came to my mind when he said that. I'm confused of all this

  22. Looks purely cosmetic. Shouldnt be a problem, only an eye sore.

I agree 100% I'm amazed how often this happens due to, the sub letting you know when it's in distress, either mechanically or thermaly. I have never had that happen to me unless I was intentionaly trying induce the speaker into a failure. Trust your senses, your ears will alert you of mechanical issues, and your nose alerts you of thermal abuse
