Try getting your reactive load around 1.6-2ohm.. You should see a power increase. Ive gotten 4563watts at a 1.6ohm reactive load on a weak 12V electrical. Amazing amp.

Jus did a drop in comparison last weekend between theses woofers.. The amp was a DDZ2 and the box was 10cubes after displacment and tuned to 30Hz.. The BTL was louder on the meter with a 149.9 and the RD did like 147.9 around that but the RD did sound a lil better on the kick drums and all that..

Im looking into buying 2 12" BTL's soon and was wondering if it was possible to use a dish cone(AA Havoc) instead of the traditional cone you guys use, is that at all possible?

Alright Im planning out my system for this upcoming season, I will start competing in Bass Race, this also will be my daily driver. I'm going to seal the box off from my trunk, and was debating between 3 12" Q's in a sealed box or 2 12" BL's in a ported box tuned low. They would be run off a Sundown SAZ-3000D. Thanks

that amp does not put out its rated power, your looking to see 1200-1400wrms out of it, I currently own one, good for the money when your low on cash, other wise save up and get a good 1500W amp

the TC-3000 can handle 2000wrms daily easy....

Ok I'm planning to run a 15" BL in my trunk and was wondering what box idea would be louder. 1. A regular ported box facing the rear. 2. Wall off the trunk and have the sub facing the cabin in a ported box, with this setup i could make the install look nice with the box i would do the plexiglass with mirror inside of it with some L.E.D. lights in it or something to see when you pop open the trunk with the amps on the floor with a false floor, itd look real nice but it gotta sound good too...would that way be louder??? and my seat fold down if that has any factor...thanks

What options would you recommend for a daily driver, im thinkin just the Cooling option??? A flatwind coil wouldnt be neeeded for a daily driver am i correct?

Ok Ive been designing my new system Ill be putting in this summer and for the amp I have chosen the Rockford Power T10001Bd to power a Fi Audio BL 15 and build a nice large ported box tuned low for it, but then I got bored and looked at the SSD 15 and saw it required less cu. ft. for a ported box and I could fit 2 of those 15s ported but would have to build seperate boxes for them because my trunk aint that big too put one big box in at once and I dont want to partialy build the box and have to finish it in the trunk, but another thing I dont know the final load of 2 Dual 1ohm subs are and if it did have a 1ohm load shuldnt the T10001Bd amp have enough power for both of them or should I just get a BL 15??? Opinions appreciated
