By the way, my friend uses page plus and says that they use verizon's 3g network. $30/month gets 1200 min 3000 texts and 100mb data. I think he said they are about to increase it to 250mb for no additional cost. How do you find these places. Wife just came in and said she wants a smart phone. She won't use jack for data/min/text so signing up with the big 3 would be teh dumb. It's pageplus.com. I think my friend just has another friend that stumbled upon them. If you get her an android phone with Android 4.0 you can easily set up data limits so she knows and you can also download Droidwall (I think) and you can stop all or certain applications from pulling data without your explicit permission.

Got another interview the day before I fly out for my other interview. This job is in Austin. My mom will be ecstatic at the thought of me not moving out of the state.

Just saying, this needs to be done before the next election. It's not a fix all, but it is a step in the right direction.

I'm finally working my way back into legs. I did deads and squats on wednesday (along with some other leg/back stuff), 135 on squats and 115 on deads. I'm trying to get my body used to it and my form perfect. Thursday I ran my dog, and Friday I hiked 5 miles through hills. My hamstrings were tender to the touch on Saturday.

Basing a new workout on what Stefan has been up to. The following is Monday's workout (that I did today, Tuesday) 60s Plank/Reverse Plank 30s Superman/Hollow Hold 5x3s Frog Stands (I have trouble with these so I'm trying to just build up to 15 seconds 3x3s Front lever tuck (Just trying toget used to it an into the form) 3x15s 90* wall handstands progression 2x15s Lsit progressions (1st Stage) () 3x5 Standing 2 arm chest press on a Free motion machine (this is my current replacement for dip pushups) 3x5-8 dips (assisted) 2x8,1x5 Pull ups (assisted) 2x5 chin ups (assisted) The focus is on working my arms and not particularly my chest on Mon because I do a big chest day on Friday. Tomorrow I'll be hitting up legs and back.

Find a cool bar and get wasted, but not wasted enough for them to stop you from getting on your flight. I love airport bars. Just not the price. He did say ORD right? That airport blows donkey dick. Regrettably it isn't near anything. If you were feeling wealthy a $50 cab ride to Bob Chinn's and back is worth it. That isn't so close though, but about as close as anything you want to do. The Lou's in FPark isn't the greatest, but I'd probably do it. hmmm, they did say they cover cab fair, but I'm not sure if that would be included...

Just found out I'll have a 3 hour 50 minute layover in Chicago between 5 and 9 at the ORD airport. Anything worth doing in that time frame?
