  4. I've spent a lot time in a newer F250 recently. It's a 2wd gasser but dang its sooo much nicer than my dads truck in basically everyway.
  5. Love the pics, hate the instagram edges.
  6. Puppiez!!!!! I always love puppy pix. My pup just got done getting spayed. The Vet said not to let her jump or run. Girlfriend goes to pick her up and first thing she does is sprint to her and jump on her.
  7. Freaking testing for work has got me all screwed. I was working from 9pm to 8 AM yesterday and 1 am to 8 am the day before after working 8am-2pm that morning>?>?

  9. http://www.marksdailyapple.com/why-you-should-lift-and-lower-heavy-things/ A pretty interesting topic I read today that I actually partially applied randomly in NY workout today.
  10. SO I'm stuck here in a podunk town in a Holiday Inn where the fitness room literally consist of a sketchy elliptical, a treadmill and recumbent bicycle. I've been doing body weight push ups, squats, planks for my work out. Today I "rested" with stretching some unique plank positions (i.e feet flat with teisted body on one arm. Feet on wall "plank"), I also did the grok stretch, other "normal" planks and a 15min "hard" walk on the treadmill. Going to go all out tomorrow with the Pushups, planks and squats (if my hammy holds up)
  11. Dude, what a boss! That's like 25 lbs in a month! Congrats on the kiddo too! I don't know if its your first, second or 9th, but if that isn't inspiration to work hard and be healthy so that you can play with them and see them grow up I don't know what is (other than grand kids ). Keep on the unprocessed track with high nutrients. Also consider a multivatamin, I think Men's Soloray Multivitamin is the most cost effective vitamin for men. It cost around 10 dollars for 90 capsules. The instructions recommend 3 but I think anything over than 2 a day is excessive unless you really worked your butt off that day. Taking 2 a day it cost about $7 a month and they are seriously like a 5 hour energy without the caffeine. Quick warning though, I cannot take them without food or I will get sick.
  12. lexicon, phrasebook, vocabulary, glossary, wordlist, dictionary according to Microsoft Word.
  13. What do you guys use for stock trading? I started saving some cash in a Roth through chase. By my best estimates I have actually lost over 6.5% in the last year and a half. I'm thinking its time to pull out of there and start my own investing.
  14. Alright, going to hit up an hour or two on my proposal
  15. x2 here.
  16. and Top!
  17. And back...
  18. I wonder if my work will let me count this as a business expense...
  19. Fugg it. Posting on my phone, walking to the Dub-mart
  20. Thinking about walking over to the Walmart and getting some wine to help me sleep.
  21. Have to get up at 1am to start testing tomorrow because its the best time in the next 36 hours that matches <95*F <12mph wind speed and no rain. Ghey.
  22. So I'm headed on a big road trip for work. I was thinking about listening to some ebook on the trip. Anyone got anything interesting?
  23. Other than the power of a chipped Powerstroke, getting 19 mpg on the highway, and the huge cabin I have been severely unimpressed driving it. My truck soaks up the bumps much better, handles better, is just as peppy around town, more comfortable seating, interior looks better. And before my truck was lifted I could get over 18 on the highway and can still get 16 now.
  24. by the way, I'v been driving my dads 4 door short bed for about 2 weeks now. Talk about the roughest fucking ride ever. edit: its a short bed.
  25. something like this Sean?
